I purchased Umi~Pyon's Magical Angel Amy recently, and the transaction went very smoothly. She's very friendly and provided wonderful communication! She shipped the doll very quickly and it was quite safely packaged. It was a great pleasure! Thank you!

 

Umi and I traded some doll clothes and an MSD rong head. She did the faceup herself and I love it! My package arrived in two days. I traded her two BB dolls and an assortment of clothes in exchange.

 

Umi~Pyon purchased some clothing and accessory items from me. Was super lovely to sell too, quick to pay and was kind enough to let me know when the package arrived safely! Would recommend :3

 

I purchased a dz moon from umi~pyon and I had a very positive experience her communication is exemplary and she shipped just when we agreed. She worked very hard to make me as the buyer very happy. Her price points are perfect and was very willing to work out payment. I would definitely buy again five stars.

 

I traded my dollzone arrondissement for umi's baby rapheal. It was fast quick and easy to deal with her.

Umi Pyon bought a resin egg from me, payment was sent immediately, great communication and let me know it arrived safely. I would definitely do business with her again.

 

umi~pyon bought my dollmore model line mod head, she was very polite with all communications and even helped me find a buyer for the body so that i would be able to offer a split. paid fast and was a delight to work with!

 

Umi~Pyon bought a DC Christina from me and was very patient about the delivery. Communication was always good and fast =)

 

Umi~Pyon contacted me on 03-18-2015 enquiring about the Illusion Spirit Jointed hands I had for sale. They wanted to do a trade with their MSD clothing for my jointed hands. I was fine with it since I stated in my sales thread that I was accepting trades for high quality MSD clothes.

Umi~Pyon sent me photos after a week on 03-28-2015, and we settled on a trade of 2 tops & one pair of shorts + $35 fromUmi~Pyon for my IS Jointed hands. We began to talk about shipping options and we worked out that Umi~Pyon was going to pay for shipping out the clothing (w/ tracking) from their side and I was going to pay for my side of shipping the hands (w/ tracking). I requested them to ship out the package first since I had more feedback and they agreed. I received $35 payment from Umi~Pyon on 04-01-2015.

On 04-07-2015, Umi~Pyon went to their Post Office to ship my package out. They PM'd me for my address since they didn't ask for it beforehand and I also forgot to gave them as well. And this is where the issues started, Umi~Pyon just realized that I am located internationally (Brunei, in Asia) after I told her even though it was stated in my sales thread and listed below my avatar, which you can see in PMs as well.

They told me that they have focusing problem so that's why they didn't notice that I was located in Asia/Internationally. Umi~Pyon also told me that they can't ship the package out with tracking depsite promising it as it would costs too much. I replied that I had already shipped out their package almost a week ago; I forgot to let them know about it since it slipped out of my mind. The reason why I shipped the package out first despite me wanting Umi~Pyon to ship out their side of the trade first is because I don't have much time to go the Post Office and at that time, I had another package to send so I shipped out Umi~Pyon 's package as well so I didn't have to make another trip. It was 100% my fault for not letting Umi~Pyon know that I had shipped their package out earlier. They requested for the tracking no. and I gave it to them.

Umi~Pyon:
"Okay no worries I'll be shipping later today or tomorrow post office boss told me to do it online it will be cheaper and easier"

On 04-09-2015, I received a PM from Umi-Pyon's friend, Shandrel.
"Hi, I'm Shandrel,
It has come to my attention a friend of mine, has utterly messed up a transaction with you. This has prompted me to step in on her behalf, given that her mistakes are just because she is new to this, and has little idea what she is doing.

Nothing needs to change on your end, i understand you had already shipped her trade item, with a tracking number. The tracking number is not doing anything, however with international shipping that can happen, can you tell me what company you shipped the item with?

Now because of international tracking, the items that will be mailed to you, will only track out to transfer to China, not to your doorstep, it's unfortunate, but also shows her lack of knowledge in the workings of shipping.
The only actual change will be the items will be coming to you from North Dakota USA, not Texas. Also, there will be a few compensation items in the package as well.

I am truly sorry my friend messed this up so badly. She feels horrible, and it's put her in tears. I really hope this will help everything work out much smoother, and i am sorry that i was not able to step in sooner.

I was slightly weirded out by this turn of event since I was conducting a transaction with Umi-Pyon but decided to reply to Shandrel as they sounded like they know what they were doing and I wanted the transaction to be done with quickly at this point.

And again, i am sorry for all the confusion Umi had, She is pretty new to all of this. I also intend to send you a few things as well, free of charge, as i sew alot for my dollies, do you prefer slim MSD, or regular sized?"

This was the last time I heard from Shandrel despite all the promises of shipping the package out.

I contacted Umi~Pyon since I haven't heard anything from them in a while:
"Hello, has my package been shipped yet?
It's been over almost 2 month since this transaction started and I would really appreciate getting my part of the trade.
If it's not doable, payment for the remaining value of the hands will do too."

Umi~Pyon:
"It's been 2 months already !?? Omg okay yes sorry very sorry I sent my cousin to jail and everything went poof I'm shipping this week I'll send all photo proof and extras as well as I'll send you money tomorrow as an apology to because that amount of waiting is ridiculous I'm very very sorry everything just hectic but I'll get it done I'm so very sorry"

My reply:
“Yes we started talking in March 18th, so in about a week or so, it'll be 2 months since the transaction started. At this point, I don't want the package anymore, I'm tired of waiting.
If you could send the remaining amount for the hands, $25 + $15 shipping ($40 altogether) to me, that'd be great. My PayPal is [email protected]”

I consider this a neutral feedback as everything was resolved amicably and Umi~Pyon was willing to work with me with all the issues.

 

I purchased a dollzone b45-009 body from Umi~pyon, the packing was a little strange but it did the job lol. Everything was safe, might consider buying from again ^.^

I purchased a Doll Chateau body from Umi~Python and had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a seller. First of all, she agreed to ship the doll for me the day after purchase despite the hectic nature of the holidays. She provided me with tracking and insurance, and even sueded the doll for me prior to shipping in order to enhance his posability.

Unfortunately, the evening after the doll was shipped out, I had some car trouble and was very worried about paying for the repair. Upon learning of this, Umi~Python offered me a refund even after the doll had been shipped and was already on its way to me. This was such a remarkably kind gesture. I declined the offer, of course, and thankfully the car repair ended up being much more affordable than I believed. I adore my new doll, and could not be happier with this transaction. Thank you Umi~Python for everything!!

 

I have some negative feedback for Umi Pyon. I purchased an SD doll along with face up and tattoos, and she shipped it to the artist. In the shipping one of his hands broke, and Umi refused to refund for me for the damage. She also never paid the artist for the faceup or tattoos.

 

I made sure to ask the artist if she had been paid for the Doll Leaves Noir commission slot and she assured me she had not. You frequently refused refund me and I had to get my lawyer involved. I think he sent paperwork to your address.

I could rally and compile an album of screenshots of our correspondences but I don't have the concern or patience anymore. If you paid anything in regards to insurance you never informed me, so I am in no way responsible or see it relative. The last message I ever received from you about my doll was 'I got your final payment. In about a week it will be shipped to the artist and then to you.' And when I asked you about paying the artist you just said 'Faceups arent an easy job.'

The artist tried to help me as best she could given the situation she was put in. She frequently had to tell me that you seemed unapproachable when she tried to discuss my purchase and there was nothing she could do.

I was trying to do you a favor because you were my friend and in a tough spot, but as a whole I feel like I was taken advantage of and treated unprofessionally.
