Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Since I could not find a thread for VonMonSTAR I decided to start one.
      She signed up for my Gloomybear Swap and right before the shipping deadline (Jan 31) she messeged me asking for an extension. She had a family trajedy that would keep her from finishing her items or going to the post office.
      She messged me a few days later sayign she would really not be able to make it to the post office since she might be snowed in. She didn't give a date when she could ship, or has messed me since the first week of FEb when I sent her an ultimatum shipping deadline of late Feb. IT has now been almost two months since original shipping deadline and a month since I've heard from her (and her extended deadline).
      Her swap partners are left empty handed, but she received her items, as I have delivery confirmation of her packages.

      I understand that real life is more important and I wish her well BUt
      I would be weary of doing trades with this person.
      I will definitely not be dealing with VonMonSTAR in any of my future swaps.

    2. I forgot to add that she did assure me that her partners would receive their items, but they would be a little late. This is more than a little late.

      I was one of VonMonSTAR's trading partners in the Gloomybear swap. Despite my dad being hospitalized for the entire duration of the swap (he nearly died!) I was able to make and send off my partners' items on time. But somehow VonMonSTAR couldn't be bothered to drop the swap organizer a line to explain her prolonged absence or to make good on her promises to deliver.

      I was really surprised to see that she has come back to the forum months after the swap ended without having the courtesy to explain herself.

      According to the mods joining a swap and receiving items without sending your own items out is stealing. VonMonSTAR came out of this swap with handmade items from two people, and sent out nothing.

      If you are thinking of dealing with her please keep in mind that she doesn't honor her commitments. I will be avoiding her like the plague in the future.

    4. I had a lengthy transaction with VonMonSTAR. I ordered some skinny jeans from her. She offered free shipping and I paid promptly. There was a long delay due to her own illness and then the illness of a family member. I did end up paging her, which she did come back on and apologize several times. She offered to refund my payment and ship the jeans free of charge. I initially declined the refund, but she insisted and I just recieved the jeans yesterday. I apprieciate her coming back on and taking responsability for what happened. The transaction, while somewhat lengthy, ended happliy so I don't have negative feedback, but I guess it's considered neutral.
