Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Publication Felix (Brownie) filed the bankruptcy

    1. I am so sorry to tell you those news, but everyone schould know...
      This is an official letter from the English shopping mall (1999-felix.com) to their dealer in Russia.

      "I am very sorry to deliver bad news to our customers. Since Felix, the company that produces Brownies, experienced some internal problems, shipping and handling of dolls have been delayed.

      We are an authorized Felix retail store and have been working for past two years as its agent.

      We took over the English shopping mall (1999-felix.com) since this January; however, Felix received the money from us without supplying any dolls. That made our shipping and handling to be delayed. In worst cases, we weren’t able to ship dolls.

      At the end, doll production company, Felix, filed the bankruptcy. Due to the bankruptcy, it is not possible to supply any dolls to the customers.

      So far we are not able to recover the money we forwarded to the company or to receive any dolls.

      We are also suffering financial difficulties cause by Felix. Because of this, although we want to refund your money, we are not able to do so.

      We are very sorry.
      We were waiting for a positive result, but we are regretful to inform you this negative message.
      Once again, we apologize from the bottom of our heart.

      In addition, the Brownie dolls will go under a different company. Soon, new Brownie may be created and be sold.

      We, now, are informed that the Felix’s doll prices were not covering the production costs.
      That is the biggest reason why Felix had to file a bankruptcy.
      More dolls they produced, bigger deficit was created.

      This is how we reach the point where we can’t supply the dolls.

    5. The Felix website is back up with a new explanation for the 'bankruptcy'.

      I am also a victim like you. Actually, I suffer more loss than you did.
      The money you wired in the paypal account was taken out by CEO's wife who ran away. Therefore, there is no fund available in the paypal account. Because she didn't do any shipping for past several months, the negative effect is tremendous. I am on the verge of filing a bankruptcy.

      The biggest vitim in this case is the CEO of Felix. His wife transfered the rights of the factory, office, house and selling of Brownies and ran away. She is an evil person. I've tried to minimize the demage, but it is out of my control.

      I have been used by the person who disappeared.
      I am blaming myself for not being smarter about the whole thing.

      She, Felix's CEO's wife, strategically turn over both Korean and English website and disappeared. I realized that now.
      I was foolish and stupid.
      I am regreting it very much.

      I hope you will just let it go.
