1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

but instead i received this wig

Has anyone had to deal with this with junkyspot? how did junkyspot respond?

Im scared because I dont want to have to dish out more money for their mistake[in means of having to return the wig they sent me]

    2. hmmm, ive only ever had good dealings with Junkyspot & Emory.
im pretty sure he will be understanding and work things out if you just explain nicely what happened ^^!

    3. im not mad.. just worried...

i understand with Christmas and the whole dollzone stuff going on...

I was just wondering if anyone else had dealt with this situation before with them, I know they have had wonderful feedback and everyone loves emory.....

but the wig they sent me is silvery grey... i needed the silvery white one with the full bangs otherwise my doll isnt gonna look the way she should.....and Grey certainly isnt happy.. he wont wear it

    4. You should be fine. Emory is a very responsible man, who earned his reputation by providing us with consistently wonderful service. Email him. :) He'll fix it because it's an obvious mistake.

    5. thanks... i really dont feel like giving a company/man bad feedback without getting a solution and other people's thoughts on the situation....

I still wonder if its happened before and want to know how it was dealt with... Ive already e mailed junkyspot...waiting for a reply and im a little antsy.

    6. Junkyspot is very reliable. Typically they don't have these kinds of problems. I hope things workout for you.

    7. bump because I want personal experiences....and their feedback doesnt help

    8. I havent had this happen to me personally so i cant help there, but have u checked their fourms to see if anyone had posted something similar there?

    9. just email emory. why ask other's opinions when it's him you need to talk to? Emory will fix it. he's human just like the rest of us and makes mistakes. so yeah. just email him. explain to him what happend and he'll fix it. and i'm pretty sure you won't have to spend any on shipping.

    10. all you can really do is wait for him to respond. i'm pretty sure he'll get it all fixed easily, so no need to worry. :]

    11. I've had a similar experience where I ordered a 27cm doll slim male doll and I got the huge 27cm muscle male doll. (My ONLY mixup in 3 years of shopping at Junkyspot) I emailed Emory and he paid for shipping back to him and he sent me the right body. I don't remember if he reimbursed shipping to me or sent me a refund for shipping after but I didn't pay a cent of my own money and he, as always, was awesome about it and I got my item in a flash. :aheartbea

    12. Please email junkyspot directly. Thank you.
