It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Iplehouse English site will be chaning, plus two events!

      Hello, this is Iplehouse.

      To offer better service, we decided to transfer to new site.
      We will transfer data to our new site on March 27th so our site will be blocked on March 27th.
      And we will open our New English site again on March 28th.
      There can be a little time difference depending on the area you live in.
      Sorry for the inconvenience and we will re-open our site as soon as possible.

      In case of our new site, it uses totally different system compared to our old site so we won¡¯t be able to offer some of the services.
      First, if you ordered on old site, we cannot offer combine shipping after we transfer to our new site.
      Since both site uses totally different system, it is too hard to combine them in one order.
      Also if you made an order on old site, we cannot change the order either.

      And in case of orders made on old site, please send us first payment until today (March 26th, Korean time).
      We will cancel and delete all the orders if we haven¡¯t received first order so please order it again in our new site.

      A part from this, we have prepared few events to celebrate our New English site.
      First, we will have an extra head event.
      Since these are extra heads made in manufacturing process, we cannot offer different character or skin color. Since we already have them in stock, if you order without make up, we can send them right away.
      Please refer to extra head product description for more information about make up.

      Since we are offering big discount, don¡¯t miss this chance.

      Since our new site shares data base with other three sites (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) all the items can get sold out very fast, so please order them fast.
