Iplehouse Limited normal skin Cocori Discussion

Jul 15, 2007

    1. Wow. I thought Iplehouse said they wouldn't release Cocori in a light skin? Nevertheless she still looks beautiful. :)

    2. She's lovely.

    3. She really is gorgeous, I would love to make her into an albino girl with very pale eyes and hair.

    4. I really think she's GORGEOUS and I love love love her outfit. However, if I were to get Cocori, I would get her with the dark skin. That's just how I see her.

    5. if i got this version, i think would have to make here albino too.. her faces just seems.. off?

still, i find her very beautiful!! @_@

    6. I really like her. She's gorgeous! It is interesting how different the Cocori sculpt looks in different color resins.

    7. I love Cocori so very much. She's gorgeous in every type of resin. I already have the one with the darkest complexion, and I'd like one in all of the skintones they make. I was surprised to see that Iplehouse decided to make her in this tone, but she looks good.

I really want one. Her outfit is super cute, but does anyone know if they'll release a standard edition?

By the way, may I ask why several people seem to be thinking "albino?" I just don't see it. Nothing looks "off" to me either. :? Is it just because people are only used to seeing her with dark skin?

    8. Someone asked that question on Iplehouse's Q&A board and they said that they have no plans to release a standard version of N Cocori.

    9. For some reason the pale skin makes me think she should be a BOY! I think this version would be a great looking boy. But I like her best in dark skin.

    10. Hmm, it looks like Cocori got vitiligo... I'm kidding. But a pale-skinned doll with African features is a little too much for me. I like her outfit, though.

    11. It would be easier to find a male body to match this head, wouldn't it?

    12. That's exactly what they said about Cocori's first additions when she was casted in darker skin tone. :\ But now she is in standard.

Anyway I would love to have a light skin Cocori! :D I've always loved her features.

    13. It's kinda funny and I thought that too at first. Because in a dark tone resin she does look African but her features look more Caucasian than I would have imagined in light resin.

      :aheartbea Angelina Jolie baby!!!!:aheartbea

To me she looks like she could be South American or of Caucasian/Asian decent too. There are more looks that straight European.

I'd love to see what an albino would look like. It might be very interesting...

    14. Ooooh she's gorgeous! Just beautiful; definitely reminds me of Angelina Jolie!

    15. She'd look like a sister to Soom's Namu. They have the same lips! (And yes, definitely Angelina Jolie!) Where's all the LAra Croft cosplayers!?

    16. Never thought about Namu but you're right! And YEAH were are all those Laura Croft Fans?!

Checked and there are still 30 dolls still available. Can't tell you how suprised I am. I thought she'd sell out in a week!

    17. She's limited!!?? NOOOOOOOO!!

      *calms self down*

T_T That just ruins my day. I have plans for other dolls first, but she was the only girl doll I've really loved (Like, as in, ZOMG! I have to have her!), and she was third on my list of eventual purchases. I had hopes that she was just a normal item. I really don't care that she's a limited; all I wanted was a normal skin color Cocori. T_T Now it looks like I'd have to find her second-hand or not find her at all (because I certainly can't get her before she's sold out). I don't have any issue with that, but since she's limited, she'll be really expensive. Darn.

*cries off in a corner somewhere*

    18. It gave me a slight jolt seeing her in NS, but she's still lovely. I agree that she'd make a gorgeous boy, too. Even in NS, there's just something about her features that I find very alluring.

    19. The reason why I think albino is because I have seen beautiful people of African descent who are albino, with pale skin and hair and intense eyes. It is quite striking. Nothing "off" about it, just different.
