      I send a message to Juju's Dolly Mall, she answered me right away : items were available : she put the 2 missing items on the website in order that I could place the order

      2 days : order placed on april 20 : shipment on april 22 !

      Wig are from Monique's wig collection so quality is the best

      wigs look like better in reality than on the picture

      I received an order confirmation but didn't receive a shipping notice.

      Very easy; I paid via PayPal.

      Yes! Very, very much so. Monique wigs are so soft.

      Yes! They have a great selection, and they reimburse shipping charges for Monique wigs. Fantastic experience!

      I placed the order on august 6th , received shipment confirmation message on augusth 11th : I received the parcel the week of august 16th.

      Wig are from Monique's wig collection so quality is good

      It's always difficult to chose a color on monique wig because we couldn't see all the color wigs on doll ... only sample of wig color
      not very easy to have a good opinion on the final look of the wig on our doll

      * When did you order? Sept. 13th

      * How was the communication? Bad. Horrible. I've emailed them twice and I still haven't heard anything in return.

      * How easy was it to pay? Easy.

      * How long did it take to ship? My one wig shipped within 10 days but it was only a single wig.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? It was the same price as for any Monique wigs.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? It's frizzy and I couldn't see a picture of the final colors but it's close enough.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? I'm satisfied with the one wig even though it's not what I had in mind.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? The company is ignoring my emails. The second wig I ordered was back ordered and I've been trying to contact them about it since... before Halloween. The wig still hasn't got here and they don't answer emails using their in-site complaint/question/comment box. I am VERY unhappy. And out 20 bucks and a wig.

      * Would you order from this company again? Never.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? N/A because they don't make their stuff their selves.

      Edit: I finally got the wig on 11/30/2010. The wig is utter crap, but I don't blame JuJu's I blame Monique. Terrible wig, I wouldn't even want to resale it because of how coarse and low quality it is. I feel very very unhappy with this whole transaction. I will never order another Monique wig again.

      Great. I got a Paypal invoice and a shipping notice.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      PayPal is always easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My wig was shipped the next day and took two more days to get here.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I am very happy with the wig. It feels like real hair and is so soft to the touch!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      It's a little lighter than I thought but I ended up loving the color on my doll.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes!

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes, if I need more Monique wigs I will return as they have the lowest price + shipping cost.

      *How was the communication?
      Excellent. Very quick to reply, excepting the first week after my order, where communication was a little slower, but this was due to vacation, so I'm still very pleased she replied at all!


      *How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal through the online shopping mall on her website. Payment was quick and easy.


      *How long did it take to ship?
      It arrived today, so nearly a month, but there was a vacation delay, and 2-3 weeks shipping time is not unusual for items coming to Canada


      *Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely.


      *Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Not completely (necklace was not included), but it wasn't listed as part of the set regardless. So, aside from that, it's exactly as shown.


      *Were you satisfied with the product?
      It's gorgeous. Couldn't be happier.

      I was not quite pleased with the color of the wig. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE WIG, the color just did not suite my doll as I had hoped it would. Judy happily let me return the wig and exchanged it for a different color! She it the ONLY seller I have seen that has offered to do that! Most wig sellers will not let you make returns, but Judy is in a class all her own!

      YES!!!!!

      I also bought a Violet Fern outfit from her website several years ago and her customer service was great then too! :)

      * How was the communication? Excellent! She answered all my questions and helped me with an order.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy,with my debit card.

      *Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes,everything is very reasonably priced and in great condition.

      *Were you satisfied with the product? Everything I ordered was perfect,except for two pairs of the shoes I ordered were the wrong size,but that was my fault.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I ordered the wrong size shoes for one of my dolls,and I emailed Judy about what I should I do. She told me to trace my doll's foot and send her the tracing so she could figure out the way the foot arches and she would find the right shoe size for me. After she figured that out she sent me a link to the shoes that would fit and told me to choose the style and colors and she would sent them right away. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
