1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. K-doll Karon head size

Feb 1, 2009

    1. Ok I read that the heads from K-doll seem big compared to others...I know from the official site that they should be 9 inch which is about 23cm right? My question is:

How big is the head itself? From top till chin..

cuz my boy has a more or less small looking head and I am wondering if it would look strange, when Karon (whom is gonna be a girl if I get him) has a bigger head than her boyfriend.
What do you think? (the head of my boy is 8.5 inch 21.5cm and from top to chin its ca. 8.5cm)

    2. i have a Karon girl, see Avatar, and a rough measurement 9.5cm....

    3. hmm..so about 1cm difference. I bet its the forehead?!
Although its kinda sweet on her/him.
(my boy has 5cm from eyebrow to chin) ---sorry I want to know so much of that things XD I am hm...lets say asking many questions before I can decide on anything. Always...

also: thanks for the quick reply ^-^

    4. oh well...I think I will take her anyway she's just too cute! ^w^

But the measures are still welcome

..then I can decide on the body she will get for they're all different sizes @-@
(I just need a comparison shot of all the dolls that exist..that would be heaven >u< but thats way impossible ... too bad -_-)

    5. from head cap line to eyebrow 5cm, from eyebrow to chin 4.5cm......

    6. thank youuu >3< ...slowly I get the picture (yes I am slow -_-)
      thank you so much ^-^v

    7. i have mine on an AOD body, i like the proportions, and the style, she's a circus performer, so the big boobies are good. the resin match is not perfect, as the head is more paper white, and the body is more ivory white, but with face up it does not bother me.

    8. I think K-Doll heads make great girls! The heads are a little on the large size for many girl bodies but the Karon and Kael heads are slightly smaller than the earlier heads.

I used to have a Kill_U Special girl but I recently replaced her with a K-Doll Kael. She's on the Dollfie Dream II body with the largest bust, I also figured a large chest would help balance her head a bit.:sweat

    9. oooh, I LOVE the Karon head (which is odd cos I also LOVE the Glorydoll Karin head - something about that name....). I wish it wasn't being released, I don't need any more dolls/heads. By the way, she is definately a she!
