1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Kitchen ware?

Aug 25, 2008

    1. Does anyone know a source for pots, pans and dinerware for minis?

      Thanks for any help!

    2. I have a little pan somewhere, I got it at a yard sale. . . My suggestion is to go to flea markets they have tons of dollie-sized stuff :love

    3. Tiny Tykes, and American girl stuff work quite well.

    4. I got tons of stuf on ebay. If you search "salesman" small items will appear. You
can narrow the search to salesman pan, pot, stove, bed etc. Back in the '40 and '50 salemen used to go door to door and needed small items to carry. Their products were made in miniature so they were easily to lug around all day. Ebay has a lot. Keep searching.
Everywhere I go I have my eye out for "small things" - Hallmark had an ornament that was a tiny dollhouse, so now my doll has her own doll house. Avon had a bottle that was shaped like a 3" camping colemans lantern. Michaels had a plant stand that became a table. Sculpty works great too for food.
Just keep your eye is a small mode and you will find things. Here are a few pictures of my dolls house. I hope you don't mind.

    6. try tupperware magnets and keychains :) very cute modern shapes, and the lids really hold stuff.

    7. Barbie doll stuff and American Girl stuff works good.

    8. This looks like it works!

    9. Thank you everyone!

gloriasdream - I'm so impressed! You've put so much effort into your kitchen! Those wooden chef salt & pepper shakers - my mom had those when I was a kid!

I'll just keep looking and see what I find!

      Thanks again!

    10. Target had a large kitchenwares play-set, meant for kids, that looked pretty close to 1/3 scale. Bowls, cookie sheets, spoons, & lots more.
It was gorgeous, but I managed to restrain myself. :|

A little big for the c.43cm crowd, unless yours are kids-to-60cm-size. But looking at regular kids' toys might get you somewhere.
