    2. * What did you order? Roderich (white and normal)
      * When did you order? February 2011
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer? Directly from LLT.
      * How was the communication? When I contacted them for one matter, missing information from me preventing to ship the heads, I got a reply very fast.
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy / online payment.
      * How long did it take to ship? Approximately 2 weeks.
      (I didn’t provide all the requested information when ordering the heads; it took me several days before I realized it and contacted LLT to add it. Not sure if this delayed the shipment or not.)
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the quality of the heads is wonderful, one of the best I've received so far. The same goes for the packing.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, if the previous owner took a proper care of the item.
      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? LLT was taking care of all details: the package box for a head was awesome and the certificate was handwritten.

      Rodrich Head, NS

      * When did you order?

      February, 20th, 2011

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer?

      From the company.

      * How was the communication?

      Not very good. The way of ordering on the site is very confusing, and I recieved an order confirmation 10 days after the order which is stressing. I have recieved a tracking number a week before I recieved the parcel.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very easy with paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      2 months exactly after order (the head has arrived on 19th, april). The time announced by the site was between 30 and 40 days. The packaging was fine.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes but they took a long time to post correct promo pictures.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes. Very beautiful.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      No problem.

      Something that annoyed me: they slightly change the color of the NS resin AFTER the orders were made. I think it was quite offhand of them, thinking of people who had already bought a body fo their heads.

      * How was the communication? Awesome. They were always very fast in their replies.
      * How easy was it to pay? Extremely easy
      * How long did it take to ship? a month. I only barely picked him up from the post office a week late.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? YES
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? OH yes <3~
      * Were you satisfied with the product? You know it ;3
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I am satisfied but I did have a problem too. The initial tracking number I had didn't work. I emailed them and they quickly emailed me with the correct tracking.
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes
      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? I have to say I adore the this company. They are both courteous and extremely talented. :aheartbea

      * When did you order? February 25, 2011
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer? Directly from LLT.
      * How was the communication? It was fine. It did take them a while to send me an order confirmation, but I was kind of expecting it since it can take them a while to reply to things.
      * How easy was it to pay? It was easy through paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? 50 days from the date I ordered.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the quality of the heads is nice as was the packaging.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes. Already planning on getting their next two heads. >_>
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes.
      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? LLT can be a bit slow at times but everything ran pretty smoothly. No shipping mix ups or super long delays. I'm very happy with this transaction and so glad I have my heads.
       
    6. * What did you order? 2 WS Puzzelfs
      * When did you order? Around the 25th of May
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer? Directly from the company
      * How was the communication? Absolutely HORRID. It took them 10 days to answer my emails once. I had to wait at least 3 days for their fastest answers. They gave me the wrong tracking number twice, and didn't respond to my emails (five of them over a period of 10 days) asking why my package was being delievered to a different state until I opened a PayPal dispute with them. 8/
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? It's difficult to say...there was some mess-up with the shipping, TWICE. Because of their flakey communication I wonder if they actually shipped the first two times they said they did...their explanation for the first mess up was that the box hadn't "been realized" by their EMS person and so it sat in a warehouse for two weeks...the second explanation was that the package made it to Customs, but because I "didn't respond" Customs sent the package back to China...but Customs never tried to contact me (and I've never heard of someone having Customs contact them to accept their package). The package finally reached me about a month after I'd ordered.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Ehhh, it's ok. Not bad quality, but not amazing.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yeah, pretty much.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? NEVER. Never again. I refuse to be put through that amount of stress again.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Maybe, if they came out with something I liked enough.
       
    7. What did you order?
      Roderich Head in Normal Skin.

      When did you order?
      I ordered on 12th of August and my order was confirmed on the 13th.

      Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer?
      Directly from company.

      How was the communication?
      There wasn't much communication, to be honest. Though they did take one day to confirm my order and to inform me that they received my payment.

      How easy was it to pay?
      It was pretty easy. I paid using Paypal. Just only the shipping option and such was slightly confusing.

      How long did it take to ship?
      They had mentioned that for the particular order, they will ship the heads at the beginning of September. They shipped my head at 11th September, so that's nearly a month.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality is definitely appropriate. The head was really smooth, I do not see any flaws, perhaps just only one. But it's minor. The eyelids for the head is rather thin, but other than that, the head is just perfect. The head was well wrapped in a plastic box, and the box was packed well with newspapers.

      Totally yes.

      Indeed, I am.

      If the price is appropriate and if it's a head I would like to get.

      Just think the communication wise could be better. I did actually messaged them before, asking whether the NS heads for Roderich was available and they replied me after two days.

      Black pearl in white skin

      * When did you order?

      May 11 2017 but production didn’t start until August 31

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer?

      Directly from them

      * How was the communication?

      Excellent I got reply quick when I send them question but I sent them question on the Facebook page because email was slow

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very easy they send for me the PayPal invoice and I payed

      * How long did it take to ship?

      I receive on October 31 2017 so 2 months of making the doll

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes the resin quality feel like velvet and it is very heavy and also beautiful and the sculpt would not be released again so I am happy I own rare doll it is cool feeling

      I order him blank so he did not look like the advert photo but he is the same sculpt and he is very cool and interesting

      Yes

      I have no problem for solution

      Yes they are very kind and nice and the doll is beautiful with luxury packaging I love this company and Julia she is a lovely person and very kind

      I prefer buying new from them direct to support their work but also yes I would buy second hand

      Customs here do not understand the artistry in human anatomy it is scene as pornographic so I request the team to dress doll before they send and they did even though it is more work for them but they help make customs easy for me so I can pick him up safely without trouble and I did :)
