Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       * How was the communication?
      Excellent! I chatted with Florence through their Instagram, she was always quick to respond. She even sent me pictures of his paint to approve, and adjusted to my liking to make sure he was perfect before shipping him.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, we set up a payment plan and then I simply paid the expected amount through PayPal each month.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      He was finished before I sent my final payment, and shipped about two days after I sent it.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Not at all, he was packed extremely well. Even though his box arrived with decent damage, he was well protected and perfectly fine.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Not that I can think of, not with them at least. I had some bank issues and was delayed a while in making my deposit payment. They were very patient and understanding through it all.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Absolutely. They were a dream to work with, super nice and with good communication.

      * How was the communication? Fantastic! Florence chatted with me throughout the process.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very. Just standard PayPal transactions.
      * How long did it take to ship? Three months from order date.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No! In fact, there was not only an unexpected carrying case, but an extra pair of her wonderful handmade eyes.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? Honestly, the faceplate magnets all fell out pretty quickly, but no big deal - I just glued them back in, so no need to contact the artist.
      * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely! Not only is Mojito one of my cutest BJDs, but his eyes, which can be moved into any position with a touch of the finger from the outside (no need to open the head), and do not need any putty, are a design wonder.
