Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I searched but couldn't find the answer. So what eye size does Juri take? I got a head with King, and am looking to buy her eyes, as 16 mm doesn't work. Which is ok, cause I got a head coming that needs eyes. But what eye size fits? Pictures of possible needed. Just one of 18mm and one of 20mm.

    2. The 18mm looks too small to me (lots of space on the side of the eye). Though something like 19mm masterpiece might work (don't have that either). I've ordered some 20mm's (I don't have any), and I hope they are right, because they were fancy & expensive!!! I've seen her in 22mm as well.

    3. Ah, 16mm showed the same, a lot of space. Perhaps the 20 or 22 will work. I don't like the "bags" under the eyes so when she goes for a faceup, I'll get those sanded off.

    5. I'm expecting my Juri to arrive either tomorrow or Friday. I ordered some 18mm eyes for her so I hope they work. If not... well, she will just have to deal with it for a while since I don't have anything else. I'll take pictures regardless. ^^

    6. 20 or even 22 are probably the best fit. 18s were too small for my girl, but the 20s looked very nice.

    11. I used 20mm in my Juri, they look fine to me, but she is my first doll and I know nothing.

      Where are you sending yours to get her eyes sanded off? I am really bothered by her eyes.

    15. When I ordered my Juri, I asked Luts to put a random pair of glass eyes in her like the do when you order a full BJD, and they gave me 18mm - the default size for her. I would have thought 20mm, but they said 18. *shrug*

    16. My Juri arrived today (with my MF Chiwoo of course ^_~). I got her a pair of 18mm eyes. Yes, there are gaps, but if the eyes are positioned just right they are smaller and are harder to notice unless you are looking for them.

    18. Considering how the bump on paperweight eyes differs from one company to another, some 18mm fit the mold better than others. The glass eyes from Luts and polymer Masterpiece seem great for Alashkarez:

      I have to admit, though, that we wanted a rather small iris. Also, we don't have any 20mm to compare with...

    20. I have 18mm in my juri, but they are very dark - so it's okay. I also did a side glance on her, as her eye shape IS pretty odd, and she seemed to just want to look that way. It's been my observation with ALL my dolls that if the eye color is light, and the size it too small, I can't get away with it; but if the color is dark, they somehow just seem bigger.

      So Fairfax will wear a mix of 18mm if they're dark, or 20mm if they're light. I need to get more 20mm eyes, I don't have too many...
