Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. hi there. i'm very new, so pardon my ignorance. :roll:

      i was wondering if someone could tell me which companies make mini boys that look more "grown up", and not tooo childlike.

      (i like the look of many male sds, but, i think i'd like to start with a smaller one. so far, i've been looking at the latidoll blue line boys, and i like one of them, just wondering where else to look).

    2. I'm not too familiar with mature looking MSD's (I gave up on looking and bought a child-like one) but you can search for Mini Fée, Narea, Unoa and maybe Serendipity Valencia? I can't think of more at the moment, sorry ~_^

    3. Although people use Minifee as children frequently, they are proportioned and designed to be Mini adults. I think that with them it depends on who you put them next to.

    4. The Latidoll Blue line, which is technically MSD sized, are a mature sculpt. They're a little taller than the average MSD, but very nicely proportioned. Narin is a very nice mature mini, as are the Dollzone boys.

    8. And just BTW - Limhwa Mano is a large doll, Limhwa Limho and maybe a recent Limhwa Mono are 44.5cm. (not sure about Mono - there is no reference to him in the Minis forum except this thread, and I do not see him on the Limhwa site)

      And just a note - if the boy is meant to be the sweetheart of a female mini, you might want to choose a male that is taller than the girl, the relatively compatible eye and head size. If the male is shorter or more petite he might look like a younger sibling.

    11. Bluefairy's boys can look quite mature, especially with the dandy body option, which is meant to be an older teen body. (If you want your boy to look 20+ though, Bluefairy is probably not for you.)

    13. Orientdoll is significatly smaller all over (40cm, 6-8mm eyes, and 5.5inch head) - he goes well with Unoa2 size.
