It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Masterpiece Eyes Feedback (2007-2008)

    1. We're not looking for whether or not you actually liked the sculpt or style of the item, but we'd love to know how you felt about the quality and customer service!

      You might consider including the following information:

      * What did you order?
      * When did you order?
      * How was the communication?
      * How easy was it to pay?
      * How long did it take to ship?
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

    2. * What did you order? A set of 15mm Antique Green softglass eyes.

      * When did you order? August 9, 2007.

      * How was the communication? Pretty good, I got responses in about 24 hours.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy--they accept PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship? They say three to five weeks. In my experience, it was seven weeks, and I had to email them twice to remind them to send my order. From rumblings I've heard on here, this isn't uncommon.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I suppose so, though I've seen nicer eyes for the same price and you can get Masterpieces cheaper by buying from a dealer, soooo... :huh?:

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Close enough for government work.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Nope. The irises on the 15mm were so small that, though the eyes fit her eye sockets beautifully, my doll looked psychotic and beady-eyed. I own 14mm acrylics with bigger irises, and wound up switching them out so I could handle my doll without feeling like she wanted to slaughter me.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They sent my eyes, period. That's good enough for me. I got another set of eyes from ginarolo the next week that look much much better. :) Hopefully I'll find somebody to love these Masterpieces, because they are a pretty color.

      * When did you order? Early August, 2007
      * How was the communication? Slow by email, but pretty quick when I called.
      * How easy was it to pay? Pretty easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? Around 7 weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? They're nice eyes, I definitely prefer Masterpiece for their realism. The price is negligible, eyes go for a lot or a little in this hobby.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes and No. Yes they looked like the eyes in the photo, but the color was off. I think better representations of the colors would be nice.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? For the most part. There was a small defect on the edge of the iris, but by that point I was just happy to have them. I just have to put that edge under her lid when positioning the eye.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
