I really hate having to do this. It doesnt make me feel good at all, but I don't know what else to do. On January 6, I paid for a Mystic Vampire WS Belle head, coa, extra hands, coffin box, pillows, handmade striped outfit, shipping, and tracking. On the same day, I received a confirmation of payment from Emilie and a note that it would be shipped that weekend. I never heard again from Emilie. On January 21, I sent her a DOA pm to check on whether or not it had been shipped. I received no answer even though Emilie had been on DOA that day and subsequent days. On January 24, I tried to send another pm because I could see that she was loggin in everyday. It notified me that her mailbox was full. On January 25 I found her on flickr as CamiliainWonderland and sent her a message there. On January 26, I received this reply: hi i was on the point to email you on doa when i saw that you sent me a message here... yesterday i got the bad surprise to get your package back to my home with two other packages:s for the only reason that the girl to the po proposed me the wrong way to ship called export 3j...i was sceptical because i used to ship small packages with coliexport but she assured me that this way was better...so i got it back for the simple reason that export 3j is only for europe and not whole europe (the 2 other packages i've received back were for italy and it doesn't work for italy too) fortunatly, i've phoned them about it and they will refund me the cost of those shipments...so i've repacked your little head with lot lot of gifts because of the late (i'm really really sorry for this convenience) and will reship it tomorrow...today was not possible because my kids were at home with me. sorry again, i hate to be in this situation o_____O émilie I replied with this: Its ok I know things happen. Let me know when you have shipped and please send me the tracking number by tomorrow. If I do not recieve a tracking number for the shipment, then I will have to submit for a refund. It is just too scary to let packages float around out there with no way to track it. It is now the 28th. In spite of additional messages, I have received no other communication. I am a patient person, but over two weeks with poor communication and no tracking number and no information about when or if the items will ever be shipped...that is just too much for a $200 transaction. I am having the same issue with a latidoll lumi doll coming from another international seller and I am out of patience. I have never had this much trouble with international sellers before and I think this puts me off overseas buying for awhile. I have opened a paypal dispute. I can see that Emilie is on DOA almost daily. I would really like to get this resolved. I just want a tracking number and some communication, or an immediate refund.
