Excellent communication, I knew that they were on holiday and on the first I received an email (12/29/08) saying that they were shipping my product out.

Very, one click pay pal.

Roughly nine days, I got it the 7th of January.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, I had been looking for this exact thing all over the place, by far they were the most affordable for what I wanted.

Yes, they did. Although I did end up changing the shoe laces they were far too stiff.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Aside from the shoe laces, yes.

Yes ^_^ I plan on buying some clothing from them at a later date.

There were black smudges on the white part of the shoe, but they were inexpensive and they're still nice, so I don't find it a huge problem. I can just clean them.

Great communciation. They thanked me for the purchase and then contacted me again upon shipping to let me know how long it would take.

It was about 24 hours or so before the item was shipped, and then it took 11 business days to arrive. A little over what they said, but we also had a holiday in there and who knows with shipping. n_n;;

Definately!

Exactly. Even better.

* Were you satisfied with the product? No, the shoes did not fit one shoe was definitely smaller then the other. The eyes seemed to be too big, I ordered 16mm but the iris didn't look like the other 16mm eyes I had. I even tested them in the head I wanted to use for them, they fit but the problem was that he looked like golem from LotR (lol), the iris was way too big for his eyes.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? n/a saving the shoes and eyes for another doll, it didn't really matter to me. I will send them a note about the shoes but I don't need/want compensation.
