1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Mini sized eyelashes?

Mar 5, 2006

    1. Hi, I did a search and couldn't find any answers so thought I'd ask. Where can I get mini sized brown eyelashes? On Luts it just says the sizes are for "any" but they look too large for a kiddelf. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    2. Eyelashes really are the same for all sizes of dolls, for a mini, you'd just snip them in half to fit the length of the eyehole.

As an extra tip, if your eyelashes are too long, don't snip the ends as this will give you blunt ends and the eyelashes will look kind of weird. Just glue them further back in the eyehole so you keep the nice, tapered end.

    3. i used the lower lash part from a set for humans. if you get ones that come with both upper and lower, then just cut the lower ones to the width you need. Usually I go for two thirds the actual length around the upper eyelid. I personally like to have a gap at the inner corner before the lashes start. it's a nice length for msds who you want normal looking lashes for, rather than long fluttery girly lashes

    4. Thanks!! That really helps!

    5. The best ones I've used for mini size are Volks and Miniworld. Cut a pair of the top lashes in half for girls, as they are longer and fuller. And the bottom lashes make good lashes for boy dolls! ^_^

    6. I bought some of CanCan
I didnt have to alter tham at all for Taren . Xi

    7. I am interested to know more resources for brown mini lashes too if anyone has any new info.

    8. As people said above, doll eyelashes are doll eyelashes. I don't think anyplace makes ones sized specifically for minis.

Many places sell doll eyelashes. Some are Kemper Dolls, Monique Dolls, Denver Doll, Volks USA, and many of the larger BJD companies. Most places that sell doll eyelashes have shades of brown.
