It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. As several people ask us the same questions, we update them to the news.
      1. Shipping fee is not included in the order total to acquire gifts.
      2. The Christmas free gift dolls and heads do not include XM dolls, we only send Miro's bodies and heads as gifts. But XM dolls can be calculated in the total value.

    5. The promo is for a Miro body line doll only no free XM line dolls offered in this promo. No free head offered in this promo. Yes you may tell them which free doll body you want and the color of the resin you would like the body to be cast from. At the bottom of your order form when you finish completing your order or almost finished completing it there is a section where you can write notes in that section you can leave a note "stating my free doll body choice is...........".I strongly suggest that you create an account with Miro Doll so that you can refer back to your order at any time during your order process it's easy to set up an account. They do offer Skype as a way to communicate, please contact them by email for the Skype contact information. [email protected].
      Also during this promo the heads are marked down I believe 10% which makes it very affordable to purchase a new head for the free body that you will receive if you purchase meets the qualifying amount of items purchased. They also combine shipping and don't charge you a large mark up for adding items to your shipment they are a very reasonable company to work. If you are an artist who is interested in making your own doll bodies or heads this is the company to work with they are the "Artists doll company" so to speak they really are very friendly and helpful.
      Unlike other companies Miro Doll is very good about communicating with you and updating you about when your order is ready and it's progress.

      For the free body you can choose any of Miro Dolls colors. If it is one of the special mark up colors you just pay the mark up fee. They may not cast the free doll in thr special XM colors. Ask them first. They also might color match the free doll if you get the sample to them fast!
