It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. As the title says, Moonlight Doll has five new custom wigs available for pre-order in the custom wig section.
      It says they are still accepting custom groups. Please keep in mind that it is currently a long holiday over there so some factories are closed for a while and will delay responses.

      How to run this program -- Easy and Funny !


      1. A customer registers on our website

      2.The customer selects colors and sends us your registered name or email address (and we will assign buyer ID), color selection from our color swatch page, mateiral, and wig size to [email protected], and this customer will be initial customer of this item.

      3. Initial customer also need to advise target quantity of this item, and how long quantity collection need to be finished -- no longer than 30 days


      4. Initial customer promotes his/her own design and price based on target quantity (via forums, blogs, facebook, twitter or whatever else..) and ask the persons who want to buy same wig to register on our website and send us email to inform their customer ID and confirm us they will buy the same wig as well. Other customers who confimed this item also help to promote this wig so as to get more qantity to meet target number ASAP, or even lower price level within timeframe

      5. We collect customer IDs, quantities and post information in the chart which in the example below.

      6. We inform customers to make payment if quantity meets target number once collection time is ended

      7. We start production once all payments are received.

      8. We ship order once production is done

      -- Production time is 30 days (except public holidays). Shipping time is 7-20 days depends on different countries

      -- Price is based on how many quantity confirmed within collection timeframe (refer to our price list above)

      -- Order collection time is no longer than 30 days

      -- If quantity cannot meet target number within collection timeframe, we will take the item off and list another one. And we will discuss with the customers if they are willing to buy this wig with other price level based on current quantity.

      -- Payment needs to be received within 5 days once collection time is ended, we will send emails to inform each customer to pay once collection time is ended
