It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Ash thief fullset, Brownie wig, and Brownie pink boots.

      * How was the communication?
      Very good, answered my question on the board in a timely manner, and sent emails when payment was received and items were shipped and etc...

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I paid via paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped within 4 days of my ordering, 2 of those days were weekend days. I was surprised to have such a fast ship for a doll order!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      100% absolutely! Everything was excellent quality and prices very reasonable. My doll even had it's seams sanded, which seems unusual these days.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, exactly like the pictures.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I am very satisfied. The face-up is beautiful, the doll came sanded and he poses very well. The clothing items and wigs are also very good quality for the price.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      NA

      Yes! In fact I think I will order my next Brownie from them.

      * How was the communication?
      Good, got order confirmation email, and payment email no problems.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy with PayPal...I went and paid right away as I did not know if they would send an invoice email, but they did actually send one as well.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped around the 21st, arrived on the 28th (I chose the cheaper registered mail shipping as it was just one wig)
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I am very satisfied, though I wish the wig in question was available in an 8-9 instead of 9-10, as that is the size I really needed. ^^;

      * How was the communication? very good--- order confirmation/invoice, payment receipt, and shipping confirmation/tracking info emails were all quickly sent and clearly written
      * How easy was it to pay? quite easy. I paid with Paypal--- they sent me an invoice within an hour of my order, I paid, and that was that.
      * How long did it take to ship? not long--- I received my order in about 2 weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? very much so--- I spent less than $15 and the eyes are absolutely gorgeous.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes--- if anything, I thought they were a beautiful color in the pictures and I like them even more in person.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Absolutely.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A--- I had no complaints.

      Payment went through the 9th and she arrived on the 18th

      Yes!

      Yes - actually, she looks even better in person!

      Absolutely! Lovely face-up, the outfit is just so wonderfully frilly, and she's overall adorable!

      It would probably depend on the previous owner/how they cared for the item, but yes.
