Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.       Good. There was a typo in the tracking number Napidoll provided, but I got the right tracking number within a day after I contacted Napidoll on their Q&A board.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Mostly -- the paint was a bit different and the resin was much paler and more yellow than I expected, but that was fine because I intended to have the face-up modified a little anyway.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. Was expecting something sort of like an artist-made head, but it was remarkably well finished and the headcap is pretty neatly-designed although the rim of it is slightly off (probably just a casting issue).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The face was well worth the amount. The $70 faceup was either way a bit much but I love it so yes in a 'that's the price of beauty' kind of way.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? YES! although brushmarks are visible on his cheek blood but only if you're looking for it.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? They didn't. I asked to cancel after 2 months and was told it wasn't going to happen. I accepted that, they do state it. but was worth a shot.
      * Would you order from this company again? ....No. shipping time was just way too long. I would have to adore a head beyond comparison to consider it again. Of course if wait times don't worry you go ahead!

    11. NEGATIVE

      I have not received my order yet, my feedback is based solely on customer service and not on the quality or lack-there-of of the products themselves.

      I placed an order for a wig during their pre-order event in July. The wig was intended for a doll I didn't have yet.
      Some days before the event deadline in August, I decided to place another order for the same wig in a larger size. I wasn't sure which would suit my imaginary doll better.

      I paid for shipping twice, I didn't mind, I did however select a different address to have the second wig shipped to.
      (this might seem strange but I travel constantly between United States in Canada, I go to school in Canada, but I also have an apartment in the United States)

      A little over week ago they emailed me asking if I wanted to combine the two orders and have them shipped to one address instead.
      I asked if I would be refunded the extra shipping I paid for the second wig and I was promised that I would.

      I received an email when my package had gone out, they even sent a picture which was nice. But I did not received a partial refund.
      I emailed but did not receive a reply, I posted on their Q&A and they responded quickly.
      However they are now claiming there was no extra funds after shipping the two wigs.

      I understand that shipping two wigs instead of one adds more weight and it would be more expensive, but not as if you were shipping two separate packages.
      Regardless, even if the shipping some how, magically did come out so the same amount, don't tell me you're going to refund me only to change your mind later.

      I will not be buying from them again nor I would recommend them to anyone.
