1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Opinion about Souldoll Double joints?

May 19, 2007

    1. help, i'm thinking of buying hye from souldoll... but what do you think of double joint, is it better looking more important or better possing more important? anyone having double jont doll?*_*

    2. I think the joints would be covered by clothes most of the time, but if you're thinking of dressing her in mostly t-shirts and skirts, you would have to consider whether or not they look strange to you.

I like the knees and elbows because they allow the doll to pose more like a human.

But if you can't decide, you could always wait for some owner pics of her body to give you better reference. :-)

    3. I am thinking of getting Hye I just wonder how well it hold in position and do I need to hot suede the joint for it to hold in position because sometime I have problem with my Domuya Fin (which also a double jointed)

    4. Hye doesn't need any sueding, she poses just like a dream *__* as the new boys.
      Anyway Moonshadow said right ^^

    5. I agree, Hye poses amazingly well, I don't think the joints look to bad in person. You can always cover them with clothes anyways.

    6. The doulble joints of Hye compared to Fin are like night and day. Fin is hard to pose-just does not hold a pose at all with sueding. Hye stays where you put her and poses beautifully in just about any postision. The duble joints are not that noticible even when not covered by clothing. It is also easier to find clothes and shoes for Hye

    7. I have a Soulkid and the double jointed body is a dream! No sueding needed. They pose perfect right out of the box. The double joints are only on the knees and elbows and if they are wearing clothing, you don't really notice. The better posing more than makes up for any esthetics.

Hye is gorgeous and I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed.

    8. I also have a new Soulkid, and other than being a bit kicky, she poses great. The double-joints don't bother me at all - but I think the knee joints are probably the most noticeable in pictures/clothes.

    9. thank you for all the info that really help me making the decision on getting her thanks again

    10. I have a Soo-Hyun and the double joints really don't look that bad in photographs. The knees actually look fantastic, if you just bend the one joint, and so do the elbows.

They're beautiful to pose, too. I say get one, they're awesome!
