I purchased a (Damaged, which was disclosed and not the issue) School Head A from Naoya back in early March. I received the head on April 13th, but it has arrived with the wrong headcap. On April 28th I heard back from her, stating her intention to mail the headcap within the next few days. This was the last I have heard from her. I realize we both have pretty hectic schedules, but I have attempted to contact her several times over the past month with no reply. Since her feedback thus far has been 100% reliable, I'd rather see if the situation can be remedied without leaving negative feedback.
