Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       A mini Elf Renee head on the boy's body+a mini Riz event head.

      * When did you order?
      19th July.

      * How was the communication?
      I had to initiate communication everytime. I posted on the Q&A board, and the reply time varies from 1-3 days. I also had to ask for the shipping no. as well.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy with paypal, I had to figure out where to pay cause PD didnt sent an invoice or say how to pay.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      38 working days. 7 shipping days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, definitely!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No, he was much more beautiful.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Pretty much yes.

      N/A.

      Very happy with doll, well packaged and wrapped and nice resin

      PD Mini Elf Renee in Tan skin

      * When did you order?
      24th December 2010

      * How was the communication?
      I bascially had to contact them via their Q&A board everytime I had a query. I didn't receive any notifications of order, payment confirmation or shipping. I had to chase them up about that each time. I also had to ask them for the tracking number. And they did usually take anywhere between 2-4 days to answer a query.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy enough with paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped on the 29th January. I was told the 24th January but when the order status remained unchanged, I chased them up about it.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes I think it is. The resin is a nice matte quality.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes it did.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes for the most part. I seem to be having a minor problem with the headcap but it's not a big enough issue I think to bother with. And because of the difficulty of getting in touch with them straight away, I'm not really wanting to bother.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?
      I don't really know to be honest.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Yes definitely if it was a doll I was wanting.
