1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Preemie baby shirts?

May 16, 2014

    1. I did a search on both here and google/yahoo but I'm not really seeing anything. I was trying to see if anyone happened to know if a Preemie baby shirt would fit an SD? [I'm not looking for an exact fit, but maybe like the over sized tee shirt fit?] I didn't want to buy one to try it on just to find out it won't work. I might if need be, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

If this is in the wrong area, please move and accept my apologies for it.

    2. It wouldn't work. The collar/neck opening for a baby shirt is far larger than that you'd find on even an oversize doll shirt (including the type that snap closed).

    3. Thanks for the response :)

    4. Even if the shirt doesn't fit as is, baby/children's clothes are a great source of cute prints on soft, stretchy material that is great for making your own doll T-shirts and other clothes too. Having a look through some used-clothing shops will turn up a lot of these!
