Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     1. Would you own one? Do they exist? I have yet to see one, but I've been thinking about the idea of a chubby BJD, but I know that comes with things to think about, such as custom clothing, cost, etc. I don't make BJDs, probably never will, I'm just curious about if others have had the same thought as me.

    3. I was thinking of more of a sculpted to be preggers. but temp preggers sounds like a much better alternative. On the other hand, I could see cool "Event" ideas where the pregnant sculpt is made limited and nine months later you receive a YoSD or tiny doll. Or maybe even having the bottom half of the torso, such as for two/three part torsos, to be interchangeable with a pregnant belly sculpt.

    4. I love chubby dolls. The chubbiest boy body I've seen around is the Dollndoll King one, which isn't especially chubby as chubby goes. I have one and most SD sized clothes fit OK, except around the thighs. I'd love a doll with a round belly and chunky thighs - adorable!

      In terms of pregnant dolls, it'd be so cool to have an interchangable stomach piece in the same way that some doll companies offer option parts for different sized boobs. A while ago there was a Barbie that had a magnetic (I think) pregnant belly you could remove (there was a creepy little baby inside!) - the same idea could work for BJDs, using the same magnetic system as wings, horns etc.

    9. I would LOVE to have a couple of chubby dolls! I have two characters, Lucy and Dane, that need bigger bodies. I'll never be able to shell these characters if they don't make "fat" bjds. Dane is a big guy, he needs more than baby fat. Current "chubby" boys available are maybe half the size he needs to be. Lucy is a teen girl, but she's definitely chubby. "Curvy" dolls don't work, she doesn't have big boobs or large hips. She's pretty straight up and down, just chubby.

      Pregnant---no way. Pregnancy in general kind of squicks me out, so an eternally pregnant doll would as well. I HAVE made one of my girls go through a pregnancy for plotlines, but I just shoved a spare headcap up her shirt. lol That worked really well for me, since I would never ever want to take pictures of her bare pregnant belly. I think if the belly had been detailed, with the popped out navel and everything, I couldn't have handled her.

    14. I don't think I'd like a chubby doll >< I prefer slim bodies, with flat chest and almost zero curves (basically a stick*coff*)
      The only exception is for pear shaped body, but not always.

      Pregnant... no. Totally no @__@ I totally don't like the idea of a foreverpregnant doll. Even if I can change her belly >__<

    15. I don't know if I would ever want to own one myself, but I would definitely like to see more options for chubby/fat dolls. I know it's kind of hard to do with resin and make it look right, though.

    19. There was a limited art doll a while ago who came with three belly pieces: regular, pregnant, and corset. Like CloakedSchemer, pregnancy squicks me out in a big way.
      Anyway, I'd love chubbier dolls. One of the dolls I'd like to shell is chubby, and also not curvy. She's 17 but shaped like a chubby little kid... I can't find a good body for her. :(

      The chubby ones don't have to be big as long as they are cute, and the pregnant ones. Personally I wouldn't mind an eternally pregnant Doll but a click on/click off belly would be great as well. :]
