Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. I ordered 2 of the LE Wei on the 12/02/2012 with customised face ups and parts blushing ('Silver-style' face up for the 'gold' Wei and vice versa). Communication with RF was easy, swift and efficient. Payment was also easily carried out.
      Shipping was very prompt! The two dolls I ordered arrived on 02/03/2012, very carefully packaged to prevent even the slightest bit of damage. The bjds were also exactly as I hoped they would be, closely resembling their sales pictures. While RF is a bit expensive for my liking, the quality of the resin and detail of the face ups and parts blushing made it worth it.
      I would definitely order from this company again as well as consider purchasing RF's products second hand.

      How was the communication?
      In my opinion, it was about basic to average English. It was hard when I had a problem asking them a favor. They seem to be not understanding what I was specifically asking and took a while before they granted my request.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy peasy, through Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I did the final payment on May 25, 2015 as the last installment of my layaway and I received a shipping notice by June 15, 2015. Pretty fast I think.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely, it was beyond what I expected.

      Did the item look like the sales picture?
      It was even better!

      They only release heads in a seasonal manner so I would definitely be interested in buying a discontinued head if it will fit my collection. It would all depend on the quality of the item.

      I ordered on layaway on 2015-04-27 and 2015-05-04; paid both off 2015-05-20

      How was the communication?
      Very easy via Q&A, because I changed my mind and paid both off, I asked them about combinate the orders before I paid them off.
      I had to pay only one shipping fee with the last payment for both heads and their shipped them together.
      Before their was sending the heads out, I got a e-mail with a link to some pictures of my custom face up I ordered.

      How easy was it to pay?

      How long did it take to ship?
      shipped 2015-06-15

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely!

      Yes.

      Yes, mainly with the custom face up because it looks exactly what I wanted.

      * How long did it take to ship? 7 weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the resin is very smooth, and a lovely color. The color would certainly match a newer batch of Volks resin, as advertised.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? I'd say so, yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very much so.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? If they came out with a new sculpt I liked, sure.
