    2. Since this company has yet to receive feedback I would like to leave some for those interested.

      * What did you order?
      Two Alice Trap wigs (in-stock, not pre-order).

      * When did you order?
      I placed my order on 05/31/2012.

      * How was the communication?
      I had no reason to contact rRabit Shop personally, but I was kept up to date on my orders status through automated e-mails and the My Account tab on the website.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very. I chose to pay with paypal, and unlike most shops where you must manually go to your paypal account and send funds, rRabit has an immediate check out option.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I was notified that my parcel had shipped 06/04/2012 and received it on 06/11/2012. I chose Registered Airmail as my shipping option, another thing I was very happy with since I was not forced to pay EMS (though EMS was an option).

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. I was hesitant at first since one of the wig I purchased was a fantasy colour (Lavender Jam) and easily photographs differently, but when I received it it was the exact colour as shown on the website.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so. The wigs were extremely soft and could be styled similar to the company photos right out of their packaging without much fussing.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I was satisfied with this companies products.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes. In fact, I already have another order from them processing.

      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand?
      Only if an item was sold out. Because their shipping price is reasonable I see no reason to not purchase from them directly.

      * How was the communication?
      Great. I was notified of the delay and change in the suitcase, and my email was replied to quickly!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      very.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      There was a delay, but it wasn't bad- the manufacturer changed some things on them so anyone ordering a suitcase had to be notified, etc. I was told of the delay and change so it wasn't a problem.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality was excellent! The wig has nice fiber and a color I've not found anywhere else, and the suitcase is very detailed and quality- the inside is very well-made too. I was a bit surprised, it was so nice. :XD:

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes for the wig, though the suitcase's metal corners did not, but we were notified of the change and given the option to cancel. I kept my order. :)

      Very much!

      * How was the communication? It was good! Received email order confirmation, and shipping notice. I emailed them in return to let them know it arrived and that I like the product, and they responded back! ^__^

      * How long did it take to ship? It was a pre-order, so I knew there'd be a wait. It arrived 17Jul12.
      I kind of expected two months, but it only took one.

      Yes. The wig is very soft and good to style. The shoes are not quiet Dollheart quality, but still well made and very beautiful.

      Good- they sent me an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.

      Easy- Paypal immediate checkout. A welcome change from other companies methods.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      4 days for them to prepare the order, 9 days to receive it (airmail, not EMS)
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes - their items are really good quality and unique. Plus you have an airmail option so shipping isn't a killer!

      Yes.

      110%, I love their wigs. Soooo soft and high quality.

      How was the communication?
      Order confirmation came right away. Shipping notice email contained valid tracking number. When inquiring about the defective shoes I received, I did not get a response to my email, so I sent a PM here on DoA and received a reply within a day.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. Checkout process went directly to Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      1.5 months, which was the outside estimate given.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Compared to similarly priced shoes, I do not feel the quality was appropriate for the price.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Mostly.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      I was satisfied with everything except the two pairs of SD16 girl shoes. All four shoes were improperly glued together. The shoe base seems to have been cut too small so that the base cannot lay flat against the upper for the entire length of the arch. There is a significant gap between the upper and base for more than an inch, and no evidence of glue that could have come loose.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I was told that the defect must have been caused by pressure during shipping, which I do not believe, but since return or exchange was not an option I didn't bother to argue. I was offered free registered shipping or a 10% discount on my next order.

      Would you order from this company again?
      I did place an order for more shoes, but I avoided purchasing any SD16 shoes with the same style of base. I have since heard that this seller is simply a reseller of items from other Taobao shops, if so that explains the inability to exchange defective items. It is convenient to order from rrabit, but I suppose if I found the Taobao shop that makes all of these shoes I would skip the dealer markup if it was easy enough.

      Yes, because then I would be able to see what I was getting before paying for it.

      * How was the communication?
      I didn't ask any questions, but I got emails of order & payment confirmation and shipping notification with tracking number.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy checkout process with Paypal on their website

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The MP3 player was pre-order so it was stated that it would ship around mid-July, and it did. I got the items soon after I received the shipping notice.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes for the suitcases, although the leather they used looked a little cheap and smelled a little unpleasant, they still looked nicely made, no defects. The MP3 player however had specks of dirt on the ear pieces and I will probably have to sand it off.

      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Mostly

      Maybe, if they had something I really wanted. I would consider getting more suitcases because they're really cute, functional and affordable.

      April 17, 2012

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, friendly, and helpful. They sent me an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking number.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. Through Paypal - Credit Card.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      There was a shipping delay caused by manufacturing problem, but my order was shipped on June 11 and delivered on June 18, 2012.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. The wigs are soft, stylishly cut, and true to the colors pictured on the website. The suitcases are beautifully made, with quality details on both the outside and inside.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. Since the manufacturer had unexpectedly changed the style of the metal corners on the suitcases, rRabit contacted me with pictures to make sure I was OK with the change -- also offering the alternatives of an order change or a refund -- before shipping. I kept my original order.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A

      Yes! As some have mentioned, I'm very happy that rRabit offers the less expensive Registered Airmail shipping option, so I'm more likely to buy from them more frequently than other EMS-only stores. ;)

      I ordered a second shipment of pre-order shoes, and also wanted an in-stock wig. I asked on their facebook page if I could get the wig shipped with my first order. They replied quickly and said yes, if I sent a message via their website query.
      I got the wig in my shipment, as promised!

      Simple, its paypal.

      About a month, but it was pre-order, so...

      Shipped in early May by registered mail, arrived about 5 business days later - about right for registered mail in Asia-Pacific.

      June 18th

      N/A - I ordered through the website. Emails were sent right after I placed my order, paid and when the order was shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paid through Paypal. Straightforward transaction.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      It was shipped the next day, June 19th. Though the tracking number never worked, which was not the first time so I wasn't worried. Package arrived today, June 30th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely. Skirts came well packaged and they're more detailed in person than the photos. Fabrics are lovely and good quality.

      Standard professional communication, I received a notice the moment I paid, then a shipping/tracking notice shortly thereafter. The tracking number took a while to figure out; it's an EMS tracking number so I went to their site and it worked.

      Super easy, though Paypal.

      Exactly seven days, which is lightning fast.

      Excellent. They replied to me immediately and whenever there was an issue (something was out of stock, I received a wrong size) it was resolved immediately.

      Very easy with Paypal
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Pretty fast for airmail. Only 9 days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Everything was very well made. I was especially impressed with the yukata jacket and the shoes.

      Yes.

      Very!

      Not that I wasn't satisfied, but I did want to mention that I did have one small issue-the wrong size item was sent out, but they fixed it immediately and shipped me the correct item within a day of me emailing them and didn't charge me extra shipping or even make me send anything back. Their customer service is excellent!

      * How was the communication? Good... I didn't have to contact them about anything but I got the standard order confirmation and shipping emails.

      * How long did it take to ship? Within an hour after I placed my order I got an email saying my order was going to ship that day and gave me the tracking number.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The price is more than reasonable for their items.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Most definitely. And everything was packaged so nicely... not just the standard clear bags. Everything was backed with decorative card stock type paper and looked so nice!
