It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. Sam is an amazing and very attentive seller! I bought an Elfdoll Dami head from her recently and she shipped her very quickly and provided me with a tracking number. The head arrived in pristine condition and packed very well. Sam was also a sweetie and PM'ed me when I forgot to let her know the package had safely reached its destination, just to make sure all was well. She has been totally awesome during the transaction and I would never hesitate to purchase from her again!

    7. Samtsukino sold me a pair of kid delf legs, and I couldn't be more happy with them, perfect condition and in their original Luts box. The transaction itself was pleasant and easy, she's a very fast communicator and keeps you informed of everything you might want to know, very considerate of the seller and very responsible.     9. Samtsukino joined my SOOM split for ID72 Zak. We did layaway with SOOM and she paid her parts on time, communication was always good and she was very prompt answering all PMs. Definitely an A+ split partner which I would gladly recommend! ><

      Problems arose when I sent her the parts and the post office somehow missent the package to another country (even though the address label was correct)! QAQ We waited for ages and tried everything we could until it was solved and the package finally arrived at her doorstep! (_ _) Throughout the ordeal she was patient, sweet and understanding. I am very thankful to have a split partner like her. Thank you so much, Samtsukino.

    14. Bought an Iplehouse Eric from samtsukino, and I couldn't be happier with the transaction! Communication was great, and while we did run into a quick problem with shipping prices that were in no way her fault, she was very kind and willing to work with me to find a solution (that ended up better than what I originally expected, even!). My boy has arrived without a scratch and I'm amazed at how intact all his papers are, she's clearly been very careful about keeping them all organized and I definitely appreciate that. Would love to do business with again!

    16. :thumbup All positives for SamTsukino.

      I contacted her to purchased her Soom Cheshire Jr. head in purple. Communication was friendly, helpful, and quick right off the bat. But then we ran into shipping hitches. Her local post would not ship internationally. At first they said it was due to the new year ceremonies, but after waiting for weeks, we decided to try elsewhere.

      DHL wanted my passport and social seccurity number. We weren't having that. But Sam persevered, despite my initial dismay, and was patient and forward in her resolve. Eventually she found a FedEx within her radius that was able to make the delivery. She was extremely kind, and wavored any additional shipping costs.

      Cheshire arrived superbly packaged. She has put some companies to shame in how well she wrapped this head. I can't reccomend her enough, and only feel bad that getting Cheshire here was so much trouble. Props to you, @samtsukino !
