      Directly from the company

      * How was the communication?
      Pretty good. Sent me notifications emails, about the payment and shipping confirmation.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. Sent the payment using paypal. :)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      About 3 days

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Quite satisfied.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      99% accurate. ;)

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied. Made me a happy dreamer~

      March 6 2010

      * How was the communication?
      good. Recieved immediate email when order was placed.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      very easy. Just went to paypal after email receipt of order.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      9 days but received apology from Cheska that delay was due to moving
      offices. One item, the shoes were unavailable so sent a refund and a gift
      of a free outfit. Amazingly generous!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      yes the quality is great, well made and fits other 26cm dolls also
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? yes exactly
      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Absolutely

      Direct from the company

      Good, fast.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy easy. The shipping fee was automatically added into the total fee, just placed order and paid by paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Very fast. I placed order on 17th, and delivered by 19th, and received by 21st.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, great quality!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      I think it's exactly the same.

      100% satisfied.

      Didn't use Q&A so I don't know, but they confirm receipt of payment fast so I think it's ok.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, just use Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Real fast, just about a week. I've never expected it'd be so fast for a doll purchase.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, it's appropriate.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Exactly the same.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      100% satisfied.

      Absolutely.

      Yes, I would if I want something specific but not in company stock.

      A Basic Borry girl, no makeup or extras.

      * When did you order?

      June 29th

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?

      Directly from the company, as I'm not aware of any distributors for Slinky Neko. I know NDoll did at one time, but not for awhile.

      * How was the communication?

      There wasn't really any communication, other than I did ask when they would be restocking the basic Borry's on the Q&A board before I ordered, and there was a response the next morning. :)

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Easy as pie, I paid through paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Fast as hell (and hell is very fast)! I went on the Q&A board to ask a question about the order only to find that it had already shipped out... the very next day. :o

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      For sure!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes, 100%

      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes yes yes! I was very pleased with my experience with Slinky Neko. All I paid for was a basic Borry with no faceup, but she arrived with a lovely faceup, a cute outfit, and the wig color I had inquired about. This is my first time dealing with a small company, and it has definitely inspired me to do it again. I really appreciated the time and thought put into my order. :D

      If I found something I wanted, definitely. They're outfits are super cute, so I probably will ;)

      It was very nice

      * How easy was it to pay?
      No problem. I paid through paypal.
      I paid in two stages. First time at once and the second time in a few days.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      The doll was sent 3 days after full payment and she arrived in Russia for ten days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, in my opinion quality appropriate for the price

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, the doll was the same as in the photos, even better =)

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely
