Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I confuse easily. I am ordering Katie.A and she comes with a set of eyes. I'm wondering if this means I can pick 2 more pairs, or if it is one more pair in addition to the one I already get?

    4. Hi there little question from the newbie ^^

      I've placed an order that was over $500 during the event and was wondering how can I choose the eye color that I want? should i send them an email or is there a certain way of doing it?

    5. If they have an "Order Comments" box when you order, you could write it there. If they don't have one, or you already sent the order, you can contact them on the Q&A board - just include your order number, so they know which order you're asking about.

      I haven't ordered from Souldoll but generally compaines tend to answer on their Q&A or 1:1 board faster than their email. Emails also tend to get lost, but if you want, you can try that way, too^^

    6. Does anyone know if the free eyes event applies if you buy a doll? When I click to see the info for the event on the website, the line which reads: "We will give a small gift for customers who buy our products during event period" also says "except to dolls". This leads me to believe the event only applies if you buy other things. I wrote on the Q & A board but figured I would check in here too.

    7. I misunderstood and requested the free eyes I wanted in my message when I ordered a doll with default make up. I received an e-mail telling me that the gift eyes were only available for dolls ordered with custom make up. I interpreted this to mean you can receive either the free default make up OR the free eyes during the event, but not both.
