1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Supia Muriel

Oct 1, 2013

    1. I haven't bought any BJDs since my 10 doll Iplehouse binge last Christmas due to a variety of unfortunate circumstances. Anyway, I was having an inward battle of which Iplehouse doll would make the best mini Gia Carangi when I decided to look somewhere other than Iplehouse. Then, I came across the Supia Muriel and was absolutely smitten. As I try to justify this newest addition to the resin family, I must ask if anyone here has dealt with Supia and what kind of customer service they provide?

      Thank you

    2. This might be a little late, but I just got a Muriel myself, and I was pleased with Supia's customer service. Well, paying was kind of a hassle--I had to manually send them a payment via Paypal-- but I think they have updated that recently. I got a brief email confirming my order, another when my payment cleared, and one when the doll had shipped.
I ordered her on October 22nd, and they shipped her out on December 12th, so production time was just under two months. Shipping was really fast--4 days from Korea to the southeast US. She was packed very carefully, and in great condition, no chips or weird marks. The company faceup is just gorgeous--I think it's well worth the money. Overall, I was happy with the service and the doll, and would recommend Supia :)
