  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     7. Ten bought a Chrom human head from me. She has been extremely pleasant dealing with. :D Payment was prompt, and she is really sweet to communicate with. We were a bit nervous because it took a while for the head to show up (the shipping method was slower than expected); but she was very polite and patient about it.

    16. I never had to do this before, but I have to leave negative feedback to Tenaku for flacking.

      Tenaku asked my to hold my Luts El for her. She looked like a serious buyer, even without asking for the shipping before, she told me that she would send a 200 USD deposit of July 31st or Aug. 1st.

      Then, after I actually went to the post office to check the different shipping options for her in the Luts box (I told her to price was going to be high from Canada, this is not something I can help), she asked me to check the price for shipping in a smaller box. Then, she checked on the Canada post website to estimate to price to ship in a smaller box. She told me:

      At this point, I had no idea that she had changed her mind about buying the doll. Yesterday I wrote a PM to her to confirm that she indeed wanted the doll to be shipping by Int. Parcel Air at 126 USD, and here is the reply I got today:

      I am very unhappy, because there was somebody else interested in the doll, and because of Tenaku I probably lost the chance to sell my doll. :(

    18. Did a face-up replication for Tenaku. The face-up was one I originally did for LexehAnn over a year ago that I had remembered clearly. I was unable to replicate the face-up 100%, and offered to redo the face-up for her but she politely declined and asked for the head to be sent back. She was very responsive when it came to communication and understanding that I tried my best to replicate a face-up I had done a long time ago. This I appreciate very much. I apologize once again that I was not able to replicate the face-up 100% to your satisfaction. She paid quickly and kept me updated when shipping was slow from her to me. She is easy to talk to and very friendly.

    19. Tenaku bought a Luts set from me. She asked me to put it on hold and happily paid the deposit I had asked for. Her next payment was prompt and I shipped the item out. Once it arrived, she let me know and left me feedback. Throughout the whole transaction she was good at keeping in contact with me, sweet and friendly and very efficient in paying.
