Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. "The Gathering" @ Domuya 4th Feb

    1. Hi Dear DOA Members,

      I would like to take this opportunity to introduce all DOA Members our Domuya O.N.E Dolls (in short, D1 Dolls). It is our great disappointment that we couldn't introduce our dolls in person except through our website for international BJDs fans. But we hope to be able to bring our D1 dolls as close as possible to every BJDs fans around the world, in every corner of the world. However, to start from homebase, yesterday, 4th Feb, we had a gathering in our Singapore Store and it has been a great pleasure to see everyone with their dolls and have a great honour to present our Event exclusive dolls which our Team Avalon has spent a great amount of time planning and preparing the dolls for that event we had.

      I would like to thanks Evildolly and lightafire who started the thread in the Gallery Section of DOA board, posting all the wonderful pictures that they have taken at the event. A BIG thank you to both of you! And not forgetting, all the participants that make the event a successful one yesterday!

      We hope that everyone would enjoy the pictures that they have taken and to those who wish to visit Domuya when you are in Singapore, please feel free to come'on down and we would be very honoured to serve everyone of you from all around the world and globe!

    2. Thank you so much everybody for liking the setup and definitely, it is very encouraging for Domuya and our Team to work even harder and bring on the best for everyone!

      Blackholly: For the Vampire, yes, it is unqiue headmould and it will only be used for only "unqiue" dolls, meaning that, even when our Team comes out with another head of Van, it will also be only OOAK!

      Derilan85: I love her too! She looks so beautifully in deep sleep. The Vampire's Bride is named Sleeping Isabella. (^^)

      TeaTime: I like your avatar from Death Note. Hehe...it is one of my favourite Manga and I am still reading it now. Took a long time though because of work, I hardly have any time for leisure now. =(

      As for the Bodyguards outfits, they comes with the doll and once again, they are Event Unique in this case. In fact, all our "The Gathering" event dolls are made to only one piece. Thus, their outfits will not be sold seperately at a later stage. But the Bodyguards headmould are not unique.

      Mortimer: Hehe...lightafire took part in our "para para bobo" contest whereby they are suppose to pose the 30cm bobo in the most creative ways. In fact, we have more pictures of the other contestants. (^^)

      Bobo is available to purchase in standard versions at our website or all the Event Bats - Bobos: 1pm to 12am (3pm is sold) are using the same Flexi-body. So right now, they are available. We will have the riddle up for members to guess who is what time by the end of today! We hope you can enjoy just like those who have attended our event.

      Kia Ryou: Thank you very much! Your love is our encouragement! We will strive to improvise and bring on the best! Please continue to feedback us and we value every individual feedbacks.

      Aimee: Thank you so much for your encouragement! I am glad that you love them! In fact, there are actually covers for the legs joints (for beautifying purpose if your dolls happen to dress very sexily).

    3. They bend so that he can pose with tippy toes *grins*
      I really like the feet joints, coz they make the poses more natural and realistic.

      Congrats on your event Bobo! Which one did you get? :D~

      There are grooves in the back of the legs for posability, but they have covers that you can attach so that those grooves won't be visible when standing normally. I will take pictures of these soon :) its really neat.

    4. Thanks Evildolly! Yeah, what evildolly said is right! The joints in the feet serves many purposes. (1) It will help your doll stand well when she is wearing high heel shoes. (2) It will also help when she wants to stand in a very natural way (For example, bending the knee and tipping the toes without any shoes). (3) When in any sitting position or any other pose, the toes can bend to make the overall pose more natural. Oh Yes! (4) And with the jpints made that way, she can squat too! Just like Poo poo "ing".

      Aimee: As for the covers, yes, it is suppose to cover the joints (made for better poseability) when your doll wants to be wearing sexily and prefers to hide the joints. There are altogether 4 covers which you can choose to use them individually, not necesssarily altogether. It all depends on where you want to cover. The cover works in a sliding way. It will interlock by itself.
