Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I'm not sure if you website is fully working for all people.
      Me and my friend have tried to see the bjd dolls webpages and all we got was the "Welcome, Please Sign In" page; however creating an account was not possible. Tried different computers, two different operation systems and three different browsers, cleaned cookies as well, but the "continue" button was not doing anything in any case.

      There was a minor bug this morning, but it's been solved now. So, all ordering should be back to normal again.

      The discount applies to everything in our catalogue (though in-stock orders would ofcourse ship much faster) and for any type of payment plan, it's a gift from us to everyone for not being able to order as normal.
      So, layaway orders are also included.

    9. I placed an order and wrote in the comment about the coupon... I figured it was better to have placed an order now so they can see that we where ready to order.

    11. Uh. I didn't order because it said "expired". I too had interpreted the event as including 2 March, but when I saw the notice I started to doubt :(. I'd like to know - only a few hours left!

Well i've done as Marha mentioned, wrote the coupon code in the order comments, here in the UK if it says something runs to a particular date it includes that date and i've never heard anywhere else being different. I need until Friday to make full payment when i get my wage so i checked out with layaway as the payment option. If the 20% isn't honoured i'll get my items direct from the doll websites so i didn't figure it would hurt to give it a try, especially as i spent all morning compiling my order before checking out (checking DoA for owner pictures of eyes etc)

    13. I think I may have caused a miscommunication, my sincere apologies! We intended the coupon to expire after saturday.
      Because it was our mistake to communicate it this way, I will update all orders placed on sunday the 2nd, to refund the coupon discount (or if payment hasn't been made yet, confirm the total minus the discount).

      I'm so sorry, this was our first ever coupon event, so I'm new at this ^_^"
