Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. What did you order?
      Two pairs of 12mm acrylic eyes, one pair of MSD sized boots, a Fairyland underwear set for MSD, an MSD sized necklace.

      How was the communication?
      There were notifications sent out after placing my order, as well as one after processing and one after shipping. While the website can be set to English and the order confirmation was in English as well, the processing and shipping notices were both in Dutch (I think). I still understood the general meaning of both messages.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy! (Paypal)

      How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped out on the 7th of April (I had made sure to only order stocked items, though) and arrived today (10th of April).

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very appropriate.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      Clothes from Cheerydollusa, a blue mohair wig, and a plushie.

      Very good, fast, and friendly.

      Very easy! (Paypal)

      How long did it take to ship?
      The order contained pre-order clothes so it took a while (understandably).

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very!

      Yes.

      One item sent was not what I ordered, but Triskel Staff solved this problem immediately and very friendly. The right item was sent to me fast and I was allowed to keep the item that had accidently been sent to me.

      Fantastic, the best customer service I've ever gotten, friendly, fast and helpful.
      How easy was it to pay?
      Very, Paypal
      How long did it take to ship?
      Once she got there and got her faceup, she was shipped the next day. From their part, very fast. From date of ordering, 93 days. Triskel did everything very quickly so I didn't have to suffer more :lol: All the other stuff shipped with the doll.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. Triskel doll prices are heavier then straight from the companies but taking into account that customs taxes get paid without me having to do paperwork and the customer service they give is amazing, it's really altogether not negative at all.

      Absolutely! In fact before the door hit me on the way out, I was back in again, now on layaway program with them :)
