It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Uncanny Dreams 2013: Circus of Mysteries

    1. I am pleased to announce Uncanny Dreams 2013! The show will feature a vendor room, gallery space of invited artist displays, and panels. Other activities will be announced as plans are finalized.

      Uncanny Dreams will be held on August 17, 2013, from 12pm to 5pm at The Asian Resource Center located in the International District/Chinatown in Seattle, Washington. There will be a gallery in which to view the invited artist displays, a hang out area, and a room devoted to vendors.

      This year’s theme will be “Circus of Mysteries”! We encourage attendees to have fun and be creative in interpreting the theme via their dolls and their own costuming! You do not need to own or bring a doll in order to attend – this is an event open to all who would like to come! Spread the word and bring your friends or anyone you know interested in BJDs!

      Over the coming months we will be announcing more exciting information regarding Uncanny Dreams including ticket prices, vendors, and contests.     3. Exciting news: Attendee registration is now open! Passes can be ordered from the Registration portion of the site. Keep an eye out as we are working out final details for contests and expect to post up a preliminary list of vendors this week!

      Like the title says, this contest is to create a motif in keeping with this year's theme. The prize for the top two motifs will be invited artis slots at Uncanny Dreams 2014!

    6. Lots of updates have been posted to the site! We are getting closer to the date and are creeping up on a few deadlines: Motif contest entries are due by the end of the day this Saturday (7/27) and preregistration ends next Thursday, August 1st! Our full vendor list has been released to the site and the final schedule is forthcoming! Hope to see you there!

    7. The motif contest entry period has ended and the end of registration is creeping up! (11:59pm on 8/1!) We only received five entries by the deadline, so everyone who entered will be in the show! Voting online will be added in a few days and all votes will go towards the final tally in choosing the top two!
