It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Publication [VOLKS] Letter to Volks Fans and Customers

    1. Dear our loyal and valued customers,


      We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your responses through social media and for your continued support of our Dollfies and Volks USA.

      Beginning with 2014, some very important changes have taken place within Volks USA. Some of these changes may sound like rather bad news, and we have struggled to find the best way to inform you of these changes. Our hearts were touched by your responses, comments and thoughts received through your phone calls and emails to us. In fact, your responses in the last couple of days were outstanding.

      This may be a very sad thing for some of you who have known Volks USA and supported it for a long time. We worry that you might feel sad or dissatisfied about these changes or feel that we were abandoning you, but that is not the case with us at all.

      I am Hideyoshi Shigeta, the new general manager sent from Japan. I have a few staff members who have joined Volks USA recently, and we are trying to start from scratch to manage and improve the company. The previous general manager and all of the staff members have left the company. All of our current employees are recent and trying to learn as quickly as they can.

      Right now, we are trying our best to continue to carry Volks USA. Please understand that we are making these changes because we want to manage the company so that we will be able to provide better services and satisfaction to our customers.

      Last year, Volks Japan celebrated its 40th anniversary and this year it is the 15th anniversary for our Dollfies. In the history of the company, we have made many changes over the years. However, Volks has persevered these situations by keeping our standards of high quality products and customer service. We know that we have stayed in business for all these years because of the understanding and support from our customers.

      In the future, Volks USA plans to manage our company while working closely with Volks Japan and our Doll Planning Department, which is in charge of product development and events such as Dolls Parties.

      All of us here at Volks USA are very grateful for your friendly and constant support of Volks USA.
