Volks SD boy - Clothing? What can they wear?

I have this IamDoll jacket that's SD13 boy-sized and it's giant on my SD10 boy. lol~ But if you don't mind baggy clothes, SD10's can wear SD13 boy clothes but they won't be fitting. Mainly it's the SD10 boy shoulders aren't as wide as the SD13 boys. But at the waist and hips, it's similar. o_o Haven't bought any SD13 pants to try yet, though.

SD10boys can fit wonderfully into SD/SD13 girl clothes. :3 You can get great fitting boy SD clothes from Volks itself. I haven't tried outfitting my boy in Luts Delf boy clothes yet.

What I'm sure is that Ipple House tops fits my Woo perfectly, but not the bottoms

 

V-jeans for SD13 boys fit perfectly on SD boys, but they are a little long. I agree that things made for SD13 and Delf boys will look a little baggy/long.

 

Will SD10 girls clothing fit SD10 boys bodies? If not, is there a brand of clothing that will? I'm refering more to dresses here, not pants.

 

Well, as far as I know they should fit, though I've never tried an SD10 dress on either of my boys.

 

Well the girl legs fit on the boy body, they have to be very similar in size. I'll be getting a Dollheart dress for my boy soon and can report back on the fit.

 

I think the only big difference is that with boys, there will be nothing to fill out the top! So some dresses might look a little strange in that general area without some tailoring ^^; (or stuffing x3) In fact, one of my friends had a genderless body for a while which she wanted to dress as a girl, but she got frustrated because the lack-of-bust was making all the dresses fit funny! >w<

 

I just made an order last week for some supplies from Volks, including an outfit for my Michael doll. It arrived and it turns out it's for an SD13 and it's too baggy on him. I've been having the hardest time finding cute SD10 boy clothes. There are only 2 sets at Dollheart and I'm having trouble figuring out where else I can get cute sets from.

I'm frustrated. =( Help plz?

 

I have the same problem. I have a boy that's a similar size to an SD10--SD13 is too looong. You kind of have to poke around for stuff that fits. Cheerydoll USA has a cute pair of jeans that come in SD10 size. You select what size you want from the little drop down box. There are some SD10 outfits on the Volks USA site, just be carefull to read the descriptions so you don't accidentally get stuck with SD13.

 

I have a few SD10 boys and yes, it is frustrating. I find that I buy up anything that's actually sized appropriatedly (i.e. the Magical Michael outfit) and have learned which SD13 sized things will work. While there is no place that specializes in that size, it looks like Dollheart is starting at least. And I have some awesome VJeans from Volks for SD10.

Just a note, Magical Michael has legs that are the same length as SD10 girls. So SD10 girl's clothes should fit him as well!

I'm having trouble finding clothes that actually fit my SD10 boy. I though about buying SD13 boy clothes and just rolling up the pant legs? Would this actually work?

Do Dollmore boy clothes fit? Please help me! My boy has only one pair of pants from KK Workshop and they don't close. He wears them anyway... but it'd be nice if he had pants that actually zipped/buttoned up infront.

 

SD13 boy pants would work, they might be a little baggy in the waist, but not by enough to have them fall off. But SD10 girl's pants would fit an SD10 boy perfectly! :3

 

As far as I know, SD10 boys are pretty much the same size as SD10 girls (legs may be 1cm longer though). SD10 girls are a bit bigger around the waist than some other 60cm girls (Soah, Lishe, etc), though, so some clothes for 60cm girls might not fit SD10 boys well. My SD10 girl is a total tomboy and she wears Volks pants -- at this moment she's in a pair of black v-jeans that are a super fit. ^_^ I really wouldn't suggest Volks SD13 boy pants though . . . they are WAY huge in the waist and all around. CP boys pants might work, since CP boys can *almost* squeeze into Volks SD10 pants, but they would be much too long.

I've heard that Dollmore boy clothes tend to run kinda big (baggy), but I can't say for certain. Hope you find your boy some pants!

The website says SD13 boy but in the store the package says SD, SD boy, SD 13, and Dollfie Dream. In reality, it is too short for SD13 boy sized dolls. On a Shiwoo with SD13 size body it is too short in the leg. Also be careful of SD boy sets from Volks. A lot of their pants for SD boys are capri, like this one but it does not say that on their website:

I asked Kaji at Volks USA about using SD13 boy clothes on SD10 boys and he warned me that the clothing would be very baggy on SD10 boys since they are designed to be more muscular.

 

I should be getting an SD10 boy body soon and was wondering what make and size clothes he would fit into, eg. dollmore, SD13, luts etc?
He won't be too pleased if he gets here and has none lol!
