Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Volks SD13 sunlight - body match?

    1. Presently, I have a sunlight sd 13 boy head... and no body. I've been looking through yahoo japan, and the DoA marketplace, but have yet to find just a body for sale. Are there any companies (ie the smaller ones) that would/do a male body that fits and matches? Or am I just out of luck and should be more paitent in my search?

    2. I don't know of any tan skin dolls that match Volks sunlight. It seems to me that not a single tan skin from any company matches any other. Tan is difficult to make so some comapnies have trouble keeping their own dolls the same color.

      Since Volks tan only matches itself and they have to be purchased through FCS there probably aren't too many tan bodies floating around headless. It's probably going to take some time to find one. I haven't been actively looking for a Volks sunlight body, but I haven't seen one for sale. You might want to propose a Sato Full Choice split in the Marketplace to see if anybody else just wants a sunlight head.

      It took me more than a year to track down one of my dream dolls, so I do recommend patience and persistence.:)

    3. The closest to Volks sunlight skin that I've personally seen is the Angelregion tan. It was only a hair off from sunlight skin. Unfortunately Angelregion only made a limited edition of Kai in the tan skin.

      My guess would be that your best bet would be to watch Y!J for a full sunlight doll. You can then switch out your head to the body and either keep the other head or sell it to someone who already has other sunlight dolls. It's so unusual to see just a sunlight head anyways! XD

    4. In all my scouring of Yahoo!Japan, I've seen a sunlight skin Cecile the Scarface body only listed for sale approximately twice, or maybe three times. And even then, I think it was the same seller relisting. ^^; It's just not something you see for sale very often, but it can happen. Good luck!

      If you're interested in my SD10 body you'd still have to get ahold of an SD13 body, cause I want a trade, not to sell.
