1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    2. Will the information in the blogs such as tutorials and showcases be archived and available somewhere once the blogs are discontinued? The tutorials are especially useful, so if the information is going to be lost I'd like to at least be able to take screen shots of a few of them. :sweat

    3. Please don't run all of the announcements through Facebook! :sweat Not everybody uses Facebook. The blogs were really great for keeping up with Volks news, and I second that the tutorials were super helpful and fun! I'd also miss the features where owners sent in pictures of their Volks dolls!

    4. I agree- the blogs are such a great resource for information on Volks' products, and it was always fun to be able to see all of the different owner photos. Even if you stop taking owner photo submissions, I think most Volks fans would really appreciate having the blogs stay up as archives of all of the resources and events and goings-on from the US branch and its customer base.

    5. I would also like to see the blogs continue to be archived, if not updated. There is a lot of useful information in the past posts.
