It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       As we mentioned earlier, the closure of Tenshi-no-Sumika in LA is just around the corner.

      We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you for your patronage.
      We couldn’t have run our business here for the past 8 years without your continued support!

      To express our sincere gratitude, we would like to invite you to our Special Event at Tenshi-no-Sumika in Los Angeles,
      celebrating the future of Volks USA with our valued customers.

      The schedule for this special event are as followed:

      Closeout Store Sale:
      March 15, 2014(Saturday), 11:00AM-6:00PM
      March 16, 2014(Sunday), 11:00AM-3:30PM
      *At 10:30am of March 15, there will be a lottery to determine the order and timing of entering the store.
      *At 3:30PM of March 16, the reception of the Tea Party starts.

      Special Events:
      A special gift for all customers at our event! (While supplies last.)

      Thank you very much for your application for the Tea Party. We were overwhelmed to see such a large number of applications entered into our lottery for our last event before our store is closed.

      The number of people who hoped to come to the Tea Party would fill the space in our store in Los Angeles, and the line of those who would have to wait out in the street for their turn to enter the venue would reach the next block. We are indeed very grateful to all of you.

      Due to your overwhelming response, we cannot invite all of you who applied. The Tea Party will take place in our small store; consequently, we will have to conduct a lottery to determine the winners.

      We are very sorry that we cannot invite all of you to the party, but we appreciate your understanding.

      We will send you an email to let you know if you have won the lottery to attend the Tea Party.

      Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we would like to extend our thanks to you for your understanding and cooperation.
