It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Update Website and Showroom Closed 8/27 ~ 9/1

    1. Hi everyone!:fangirl:

      You've been asking for it and, finally, we can let you know it's now happening.

      VOLKS USA's web store and Tenshi no Sumika in Los Angeles will be closing for a brief period to make updates to our item pricing to reflect current yen exchange rates.

      The website will closed from Tuesday, August 27th and reopen the following Saturday, August 31st for orders at the new rate.

      Our showroom, Tenshi no Sumika in Los Angeles, will be closed on Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st. We will reopen the following weekend during our regular schedule.

      Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while we make these changes.

    2. Please note that any orders placed before Tuesday, August 27th at 11AM will be processed and shipped on that day.

      Although the website will reopen on August 31st, no new orders will be processed or shipped until the following Wednesday, September 4th as we do not ship orders on the weekends and we will not be in the office on the 2nd and 3rd because of the Labor Day holiday.

      We just wanted to give everyone a quick reminder that the VOLKS USA website store is once again open!

      Please note that if you visited the site previously, or you had items in your cart, they might still be listed with the old price. We recommend clearing your browser's cookies and cache before viewing and ordering from the website.

      Any orders placed this weekend will be processed and shipped this coming Wednesday, September 4th. No orders will be processed or shipped before that point.

      In addition, please remember that Tenshi no Sumika in Los Angeles is closed this weekend. We are working hard to get everything ready for all of our customers when we re-open next weekend at our regular hours of 11AM until 6PM PST.
