What is your favorite body sculpt?

If I had to pick an absolute favorite out of all the dolls I've owned, it'd have to be the Iplehouse SID body with small breasts and mobility joints. Soft features with realistic weighting and proportions, poses naturally and has a really cute tummy. I can't think of a better fit for my SID Soo.

Second pick would have to be the 57cm Limwha body which arguably has the sexiest pair of legs out there in the BJD world. Unfortunately it's not much of a poser.

 

I don't have any body like that because I enjoy diversity BUT I enjoy the Doll Leaves' MSD because of how poseable it is. If its for aesthetics Doll Chateau is my absolute favorite!

 

FairyLand is so well known for their pose ability, especially mini fees. Ascetics wise, I really love Muse dolls or the SoulDoll NL bjd body line, which do not have any tension lines!

 

I absolutely adore Doll Chateau's Douglas body! Something about the goose shape makes him so adorable, i plan to buy him in the near future.

 

I guess, for me is...IOS and IH body. I like their body sculpt because they look quite realistic. I own IH JID boy. He is easy to pose and joints are stable. (Unlike some of companies I bought...) But IOS...I can only say that I like his sculpt from look. About posing or so, I'm still curious because I haven't owned one myself. One of my friend own a class 80 body and she took so many wonderful photos of them, so I guess, maybe his posing ability is also fine. Haven't heard any complain from her. Or that's just hers?

 

I love the way the Xagadoll male body looks and poses. I unfortunately don't own one anymore, but he was definitely a favourite of mine, I was not too found of his head (Rex).

 

Never owned an Iplehouse body but they look awesome. I plan on owning one some day. I really like my Dz Annie's body, very posable. I have 2 of the 68cm resinsoul bodies and I really like them except for their lack of putting their hands on ther hips very well.

My favorite male body is Dollshe 28M body. I never owned it but it looks great. From feemale bodies my fovorite one is Crobi doll M line girl body

 

I actually like the classic Volks SD10 female body with the "lotus" hands the best. It's got a one piece torso and single joints. Probably not the best posing body but just sculpted in such a lovely way.

 

Yay, I get another chance to shout out to the world how much I am obsessed with DollsTown bodies lately !

 

I chose the IH nYID girl's body. It looks great and the posing is very well too.

Those are my most favorite bodies ever, for look, size, posing-ease and the ability to look natural while posing. Or, for Doll Chateau, the ability to look creepy while posing all those extra joints. But the torso and thighs are sculpted so beautifully even if I didn't like the extra joints (which I do) I'd want it just for that. It is probably the most difficult of all the ones I like, but it's so worth it.

 

i love the volks sdgr body (girl and boy). I never owned it but it looks nice.

 

I LOVE dollpamm bodies, but I have no idea how well they pose/how to take care of them.

 

My favorite is the Ringdoll RMG-01 body, and I love the RD Sol face sculpt. The sleek muscular body poses really well.
I am also very fond of the IslandDoll Eric face, the body is thin and kind of the awkward teen stage but it is nice too, but tends to buckle at the knees when standing.

 

I absolutely adore the 1/4 girl body from loongsoul with the small chest. It's just so petite and pretty and they have insane amount of pose-ability

 

I am completely in love with the Fairyland feeple 65 non muscular male body. It looks amazing and poses beautifully.

 

Of my boys, I definitely love my MNF A-line muscular body. It's beautifully sculpted, with well designed joints, and a lot of very nice detailing that I'm noticing (and sadly removing) as I go through his set of elaborate mods. He poses fairly well, and I'm starting to get the hang of him a bit more as I play with him more, and can easily fall into some of the most natural poses of any of my minis.

I'm not sure who I really like best of my girls, sculpt-wise. My MNM M-line girl is beautifully sculpted, but can be a bit awkward to pose and has strangely tiny feet; a lot of them tend to have those weird "balloon boobs" that seem to be unfortunately common on minis (though at least they look fine when clothed!)... my older SoulDoll girl body, though, is really quite lovely, which is why I'm thinking of finding a new head for it whenever I finally find the new body for the girl it's on currently.

I have one of these girls, myself, and she's really adorable! She's not a terrible poser, about on par with most of my (non-FairyLand) double jointed dolls; she's got a few clever joint locks that can take some getting used to, though. As far as taking care of them, there's really nothing different between her and most dolls! I've even had mine fully unstrung, and she has very typical stringing, no strange extra strings or parts. The only challenge was getting the elastic back down her tiny little arms.
