Which doll company do you most enjoy ordering from?

Eluts! Most of my dolls came from there, even if they came to me through other owners.

 

Eluts for the win; technically we've ordered from three dolls (my girlfriend and I) and Luts has been the best hands down. They've been the most professional with the most gorgeous clothes, wigs, and molds, IMHO. My experience with them has been so good that I know my future dolls are all going to come from them because what can I say? I'm hooked.

 

VolksUSA, I just love shopping there ^^

Divinity Doll! Love them! They have such great communication, they're dolls are gorgeous, and excellently priced!

 

I would have to say Luts, since all my dolls so far are from Luts I just love their molds. Even though I only bought 2 dolls from them and I have 4 lol. But their molds are my fav.

 

So far, I only have two and a half Volks dolls, so I guess my answer is a bit biased, but I absolutely adore the company. As far as customer service, I've never had a problem with them, and they are incredibly caring about their customers. Their dolls and clothes are high quality, in my opinion. The price is a bit on the higher end, but I definitely think it's worth it. Ease of ordering? Well, I'm sure buying the standards isn't difficult, limiteds are probably not so easy, and FCS, if you don't use a shopping service or live close to a Tenshi no Sumika/Sato, is a little difficult. And they are definitely friendly considering the events and free giveaways.

Heh, like I said, I love Volks, but I can't really compare them to any other company ^__^;;

I'd have to say Dollmore, just because they always give ALOT of freebies and little gifts. The last package I got from them, had a bunch of different lollipops, stickers, cards, and even a free pair of acrylic eyes!

Doll wise, I'd say Luts. Just cos I love all of their dolls.

 

For me, Iplehouse is the best! Not only do they have beautiful dolls, they are friendly and understanding and ship quickly, too. They have nice casual clothing and shoes/accessories and the prices are not bad at all. I am in love with their current fullset dolls and the gorgeous clothes they come with. I applaud them for coming out with two irresistable African-descent sculpts- Cocori and Aaron.

Plus each doll comes with a nice carrying bag that really comes in handy ^_^

 

I have always had great service with VolksUSA, Dollmore (who were great about resolving an issue I've had and lots of freebies as well!), BambiCrony, and Luts (who were also quick and courteous when we had a minor order mistake).

 

So far Luts has been the most professional doll company I've dealt with, and that goes for a lot around here. They always get things done and to me when they say they will.

 

Dollmore! They're friendly, quick to reply, and offer help and freebies. Their quality is exellent doll and clothing wise.

I've only ever ordered from LUTS, any non CP doll I have was bought from the marketplace, so... but you know, they're pretty reasonable and professional about things. And if they screw up, they take it aboard and fix it. They package things well, too, which I like.
I suppose I've ordered a body from Fantasy Doll. They didn't package it very well - it was just in a flimsy cardboard box... but there was good communication and it shipped super quick.

Having said that though, I most enjoy buying dolls from the marketplace here. Something nice about a direct sale.

 

for dolls I have to say minoruworld. they're super fast (like 3~4days from ordering to recieving a doll), and only sells BlueFairy which happens to be my favorite doll moulds yep, I'm biased.

For doll clothes... Fast and affordable-wise I like dollmore. They're friendly, and good tracking system. oh AND takes paypal. yay!

 

Notdolllab. It was so easy to order and pay and they answered to all my emails very quickly too.

 

Dollmore has been my most pleasant experience overall, but Luts's incredible wig quality blew me away. I usually choose Dollmore over Luts though because Dollmore's prices and shipping charges are more reasonable, plus you have the Paypal option with them as well.

Unidoll was really great to order from. The communication was good and they package their dolls really really well (I also love their sculpts).

For sheer amounts of really cool stuff, E-Luts has a great selection of dolls, clothes and wigs.

Soom is another very reliable company.

When it comes to just clothes, I really love Cheery Doll USA, the shipping is very inexpensive (I'd much rather have my cash go into the cost of the product rather than really high shipping costs), they have a nice selection, and have good customer service.

 

VOLKS.. no doubt they have terrific service, great high quality products, and really nice friendly people too!
