Which is the most graceful/elegant body sculpt?

Volks SD17? It's not really a debate topic... ^^

 

Debate is really for controversial topics that people might argue or disagree vehemently about. It has its own forum so as not to clutter up the discussion forum with arguments, because some people don't like to see those threads.

As far as elegant sculpts, I particularly love the Limhwa half-elf and human girl bodies. They look very lovely and elegant, but also like real girls - not too skinny or elongated. For boys, hmmm, "elegant" brings to mind the old Dollshe bodies for me, though I don't find those particularly realistic - they look like fashion drawings of men, the legs are so long.

 

I've moved this into General Discussions because personal opinions and aesthetics are really debatable. But....that being said, it's clearly obvious that the most elegant and beautiful body in the dollery belongs to the new Dollshe DSAM32s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I think the Volks Sd16 girl body is really nice. I love how the high heel feet have no joints, it makes for such a nice smooth line. The clothes seem to fit so much nicer than on the regular SD and SD13. More mature and 'filled out'

 

I like Dollstown's 15boy body best. It has such a sculptural quality to it while also being stylized.

For girls, Unoa bodies win - especially the hands.

For hands alone I love CP/Luts. I do like the Delf bodies too and think that they are very finely sculpted and graceful, but the proportion is not to my taste.

And this is weird, but for joints I love DBdoll boy body. I know, most people think the most aesthetically pleasing body is the one that hides the joints or has fewer joints, but this body's joints are very visible and look very cool as far as I'm concerned.

 

I second the Limwha girl body. I also like that new Oasis doll girl body-she's stunning!

 

In my opinion, the most graceful/elegant male body is new DollShe DSAM32s (joining Zagzagael in this), for girls - Zaoll Luv's body still my favorite female.

 

For me it has to be the ShinyDoll Thaasa II body, hands down! It can hold such natural, graceful poses so easily

 

It would be cool to post links to the dolls you're referring to also, so we can see them without having to hunt :P

 

Supia dolls are really very graceful to me.

And actually the MNF dolls are extremely beautiful and graceful in my opinion. They fall into poses so naturally, like little dancers. The joints are incorporated into the body as not to distract from the beauty and the hands are my favorite ever. So tiny and expressive.

I often find myself disappointed with other doll's hands because, honestly CP dolls have some of the most beautiful hands I've ever seen aside from the Dollshe dolls. They just look very natural and expressive to me. :B

 

i really like the supergem female body. my girl may not pose very well but she has such nice curves and when she does pose its very beautiful

 

I'm hopelessly biased, but I've always loved the look of the CP boy bodies and old-school Dollshe Hound hands. My SuperGem boy has very nice hands, too... even if they're too big for his skinny Heliot forearms.

 

I've always loved Iplehouse's YID female body, and graceful is just the word I would use!

 

For me, it depends on whether we're talking about graceful poses or elegant physical features...

For posing, I love my DD2 girl and my Lumedoll girl... the DD2 body can do a wide range of dancer-like poses and hold them well. Lumedoll bodies seem to achieve very natural-looking poses very well and is aesthetically beautiful too! The Minifee A-line bodies are also capable of some wonderful realistic poses.

But if we're talking only on body sculpt, I'd have to say Iplehouse's EID girl body. I don't have one, but the photos are just so stunning... all the little sculpting details and realism in the sculpt... and those curves! But I do agree that CP has some of the most beautiful, expressive hands. Most of my dolls are wearing CP hands, even those that aren't CP dolls!

 

I'm assuming you want to know who's the most graceful elegant large female body???
My vote would be the Supia ladies.

I'm not into this type of doll, I must state for the record... I prefer gawky and adorably inelegant younger girls ^_~

it seems to me, that a-line minifee the best one she is perfect!

 

So far my favorite 60cm or larger body is the Soom Dia sculpt. She's very graceful. AND her legs aren't little spindly things, they have some great muscle tone.
I also really like the Iplehouse Jessica EID body. She's all grace and beauty.
