  • Name story:
I named her Coco because I was making a chocolate flan the day I did her face.
In her story, she picked Coco because she thinks chocolate is the most decadent and needed a professional name. Delilah and Blanchette came later because they are pretty. She won't use her old name.

Coco is from a poor town, born to an impoverished mother unable to care for her. The orphanage where she was raised placed her in a fine home as a maid, but the curious, ferocious girl had her mind set to a different kind of life.
After an affair with the young master of the house, she went through several well-off men, charming them not only with her looks but with her playful and often unpredictable personality. Unfortunately, her appetite for luxury led her into the arms of a jealous and short-tempered businessman who kept her under lock and key. At the peak of her misery, an old friend from the orphanage, Rosie, helped her escape.
The enterprising women set out for a far-off settlement where girls of their looks and skills were said to be in high demand.
Coco caught the eye of an older man of the nobility who had hunted and played his way through life and needed someone to take care of him, and his money, now that his time was winding to a close. Coco did not have to put up with him long, but she did get to keep the money and title marrying him came with.
Despite the uneasiness with which members of her husband's class received her, Coco took a liking to the whims and styles of the upper crust. She developed into a lady of elegance and adheres to the stringent norms of the nobility, despite her origins. She has not remarried nor humored any suitors over the years as a lifetime of mourning her duke is quite seemly for a woman in her position. She does keep Rosie awfully close, however.
