Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     I love how versatile the sculpt is. This doll has gone through 3 different characters for me and each one has been a vastly different feel.
    Worst Points:
    I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, [b]hate[/b] the body. The elbow joints are the worst.
    I sanded his cheeks down, just a bit, as well as apoxied a horn to his forehead. I plan to get him horse/faun hooves at some point to "finish" his Kirin look.

    I reshelled the doll and felt like an Asian name would fit best. I looked around and found "Siyu" (Shee-yuu), which means something along the lines of "first protection".

    Siyu is a qilin/kirin , who was tasked with guarding and protecting the emperor of China thousands of years ago. The emperor passed away and Siyu began searching the world for their reincarnated form. This process has been done and redone thousands of times, to the point that Siyu has become jaded to the fact that his King keeps dying. He wants to stop the cycle of death so he and his King can live together in peace... It has been generations, and he has been unable to locate his King.

    ...until recently.

    He's crossed paths with a necromancer. Upon meeting her eyes for the first time, he feels a familiar pull toward her. Is she the one he's been looking for...?
