    At first glance, she seems like a sophisticated, well-mannered and confident young lady. But those who knows her will know that she is very insecure about herself, and is constantly distressed about what others think of her. Unfortunately, the only way she knows how to deal with this is to behave coldly to others and act as if she doesn't care about their opinions. This takes her back to the start where she frets over whether she had been too rude to the other person, and the cycle repeats itself.
