    Provenance:
    Head was made in June of 2004. I bought him from his first owner. A friend helped me buy the body from someone on Facebook.
    Reason for choice:
    I have a decided weakness for the El sculpt, and really wanted one from the first six months of the sculpt's release, because the very early Els looked so different to me from later ones... so much more full-featured and crisp. (and he truly is!)
